மூன்று படைகளின் மனுஷரும் எக்காளங்களை ஊதி, பானைகளை உடைத்து, தீவட்டிகளைத் தங்கள் இடதுகைகளிலும், ஊதும் எக்காளங்களைத் தங்கள் வலது கைகளிலும் பிடித்துக்கொண்டு, கர்த்தருடைய பட்டயம் கிதியோனுடைய பட்டயம் என்று சத்தமிட்டு,

உடனே எல்லாக் குழுவினரும் எக்காளங்களை ஊதி ஜாடிகளை உடைத்தார்கள். அம்மனிதர்கள் தீப்பந்தங்களை இடது கைகளிலும், எக்காளங்களை வலது கைகளிலும் ஏந்திக் கொண்டனர். அவர்கள் எக்காளங்களை ஊதியதும், “கர்த்தருக்கென்று ஒரு பட்டயம், கிதியோனுக்கென்று ஒரு பட்டயம்!” எனச் சத்தமிட்டனர்.
