There is an evil which I have seen under the sun, as an error which proceedeth from the ruler:

There is	יֵ֣שׁ	yēš	yaysh
an evil	רָעָ֔ה	raʿ	ra
I have seen	רָאִ֖יתִי	rāʾâ	ra-AH
under	תַּ֣חַת	taḥat	ta-HAHT
the sun,	הַשָּׁ֑מֶשׁ	šemeš	sheh-MESH
as an error	כִּשְׁגָגָ֕ה	šĕgāgâ	sheh-ɡa-ɡA
proceedeth	שֶׁיֹּצָ֖א	yāṣāʾ	ya-TSA
from	מִלִּפְנֵ֥י	pānîm	pa-NEEM
the ruler:	הַשַּׁלִּֽיט׃	šallîṭ	sha-LEET
