2 Kings 7:4
જો આપણે શહેરમાં જવાનો વિચાર કરીએ તો ત્યાં ભૂખમરો છે, અને આપણે મરી જઈશું. જો આપણે અહીં રહીએ છીએ તો ય આપણું મોત નિશ્ચિત છે, તો ચાલો, આપણે અરામીઓની છાવણીમાં ચાલ્યા જઈએ; તેઓ જો આપણને જીવતદાન આપશે, તો આપણે જીવી જઈશું, અને મારી નાખશે તોયે શું, મરી જઈશું!”

| we shall live; | נִֽחְיֶ֔ה | niḥĕye | nee-heh-YEH |

| kill they | יְמִיתֻ֖נוּ | yĕmîtunû | yeh-mee-TOO-noo |
| us, we shall but die. | וָמָֽתְנוּ׃ | wāmātĕnû | va-MA-teh-noo |
