1 கர்த்தராகிய நான் அபிஷேகம்பண்ணின கோரேசுக்கு முன்பாக ஜாதிகளைக் கீழ்ப்படுத்தி, ராஜாக்களின் இடைக்கட்டுகளை அவிழ்க்கும்படிக்கும், அவனுக்கு முன்பாக வாசல்கள் பூட்டப்படாதிருக்க, கதவுகளைத் திறந்துவைக்கும்படிக்கும், அவனைப்பார்த்து, அவன் வலதுகையைப் பிடித்துக்கொண்டு, அவனுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறதாவது: Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;

2 நான் உனக்கு முன்னே போய், கோணலானவைகளைச் செவ்வையாக்குவேன். I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:

3 உன்னைப் பெயர்சொல்லி அழைக்கிற இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் நானே என்று நீ அறியும்படிக்கு, And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.

4 வெண்கலக் கதவுகளை உடைத்து, இருப்புத் தாழ்ப்பாள்களை முறித்து, அந்தகாரத்தில் இருக்கிற பொக்கிஷங்களையும், ஒளிப்பிடத்தில் இருக்கிற புதையல்களையும் உனக்குக் கொடுப்பேன்; நான் என் தாசனாகிய யாக்கோபினிமித்தமும், நான் தெரிந்துகொண்ட இஸ்ரவேலினிமித்தமும், நான் உன்னைப் பெயர்சொல்லி அழைத்து, நீ என்னை அறியாதிருந்தும் உனக்கு நாமம் தரித்தேன். For Jacob my servant's sake, and Israel mine elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.

5 நானே கர்த்தர், வேறொருவரில்லை; என்னைத்தவிர தேவன் இல்லை. I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:

6 என்னைத்தவிர ஒருவரும் இல்லையென்று சூரியன் உதிக்கிற திசையிலும், அது அஸ்தமிக்கிற திசையிலும் அறியப்படும்படிக்கு நீ என்னை அறியாதிருந்தும், நான் உனக்கு இடைக்கட்டு கட்டினேன்; நானே கர்த்தர், வேறொருவர் இல்லை. That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else.

7 ஒளியைப் படைத்து, இருளையும் உண்டாக்கினேன், சமாதானத்தைப் படைத்து தீங்கையும் உண்டாக்குகிறவர் நானே; கர்த்தராகிய நானே இவைகளையெல்லாம் செய்கிறவர். I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

8 வானங்களே உயர இருந்து சொரியுங்கள்; ஆகாயமண்டலங்கள் நீதியைப்பொழியக்கடவது; பூமி திறவுண்டு, இரட்சிப்பின் கனியைத்தந்து, நீதியுங்கூட விளைவதாக; கர்த்தராகிய நான் இவைகளை உண்டாக்குகிறேன். Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the LORD have created it.

9 மண்ணோடுகளுக்கொத்த ஓடாயிருந்தும், தன்னை உருவாக்கினவரோடே வழக்காடுகிறவனுக்கு ஐயோ! களிமண் தன்னை உருவாக்கினவனை நோக்கி: என்ன செய்கிறாயென்று சொல்லத்தகுமோ? உன் கிரியையானது: அவருக்குக் கைகளில்லையென்று சொல்லலாமோ? Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?

10 தகப்பனை நோக்கி: ஏன் ஜநிப்பித்தாய் என்றும், தாயை நோக்கி: ஏன் பெற்றாய் என்றும் சொல்லுகிறவனுக்கு ஐயோ! Woe unto him that saith unto his father, What begettest thou? or to the woman, What hast thou brought forth?

11 இஸ்ரவேலின் பரிசுத்தரும͠அவனை உருவாக்கினவருமாகிய கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறதாவது: வருங்காரியங்களை என்னிடத்தில் கேளுங்கள்; என் பிள்ளைகளைக்குறித்தும், என் கரங்களின் கிரியைகளைக்குறித்தும் எனக்குக் கட்டளையிடுங்கள். Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.

12 நான் பூமியை உண்டுபண்ணி, நானே அதின்மேல் இருக்கிற மனுஷர்களைச் சிருஷ்டித்தேன்; என் கரங்கள் வானங்களை விரித்தன; அவைகளின் சர்வசேனையையும் நான் கட்டளையிட்டேன். I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.

13 நான் நீதியின்படி அவனை எழுப்பினேன்; அவன் வழிகளையெல்லாம் செவ்வைப்படுத்துவேன்; அவன் என் நகரத்தைக் கட்டி, சிறைப்பட்டுப்போன என்னுடையவர்களைக் கிரயமில்லாமலும் பரிதானமில்லாமலும் விடுதலையாக்குவான் என்று சேனைகளின் கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார். I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build my city, and he shall let go my captives, not for price nor reward, saith the LORD of hosts.

14 எகிப்தின் சம்பாத்தியமும், எத்தியோப்பியாவின் வர்த்தகலாபமும், நெடிய ஆட்களாகிய சபேயரின் வர்த்தகலாபமும், உன்னிடத்திற்குத் தாண்டிவந்து, உன்னுடையதாகும்; அவர்கள் உன் பின்னே சென்று, விலங்கிடப்பட்டு நடந்துவந்து: உன்னுடனேமாத்திரம் தேவன் இருக்கிறார் என்றும், அவரையல்லாமல் வேறே தேவன் இல்லையென்றும் சொல்லி, உன்னைப்பணிந்துகொண்டு, உன்னை நோக்கி விண்ணப்பம்பண்ணுவார்கள் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார். Thus saith the LORD, The labour of Egypt, and merchandise of Ethiopia and of the Sabeans, men of stature, shall come over unto thee, and they shall be thine: they shall come after thee; in chains they shall come over, and they shall fall down unto thee, they shall make supplication unto thee, saying, Surely God is in thee; and there is none else, there is no God.

15 இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனும் இரட்சகருமாகிய நீர் மெய்யாகவே உம்மை மறைத்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிற தேவனாயிருக்கிறீர். Verily thou art a God that hidest thyself, O God of Israel, the Saviour.

16 விக்கிரகங்களை உண்டுபண்ணுகிற அனைவரும் வெட்கப்பட்டு இலச்சையடைந்து ஏகமாய்க் கலங்கிப்போவார்கள். They shall be ashamed, and also confounded, all of them: they shall go to confusion together that are makers of idols.

17 இஸ்ரவேலோ கர்த்தராலே நித்திய இரட்சிப்பினால் இரட்சிக்கப்படுவான்; நீங்கள் என்றென்றைக்குமுள்ள சதாகாலங்களிலும் வெட்கப்படாமலும் கலங்காமலும் இருப்பீர்கள். But Israel shall be saved in the LORD with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.

18 வானங்களைச் சிருஷ்டித்து பூமியையும் வெறுமையாயிருக்கச் சிருஷ்டியாமல் அதைக் குடியிருப்புக்காகச்செய்து படைத்து, அதை உருவேற்படுத்தின தேவனாகிய, கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறதாவது: நானே கர்த்தர், வேறொருவர் இல்லை. For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else.

19 நான் அந்தரங்கத்திலும் பூமியின் அந்தகாரமான இடத்திலும் பேசினதில்லை; விருதாவாக என்னைத் தேடுங்களென்று நான் யாக்கோபின் சந்ததிக்குச் சொன்னதுமில்லை; நான் நீதியைப்பேசி, யதார்த்தமானவைகளை அறிவிக்கிற கர்த்தர். I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the LORD speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.

20 ஜாதிகளினின்று தப்பினவர்களே, கூட்டங்கூடி வாருங்கள்; ஏகமாய்ச் சேருங்கள்; தங்கள் விக்கிரமாகிய மரத்தைச் சுமந்து, இரட்சிக்கமாட்டாத தேவனைத் தொழுதுகொள்ளுகிறவர்கள் அறிவில்லாதவர்கள். Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, ye that are escaped of the nations: they have no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image, and pray unto a god that cannot save.

21 நீங்கள் தெரிவிக்கும்படி சேர்ந்து, ஏகமாய் யோசனைபண்ணுங்கள்; இதைப் பூர்வகாலமுதற்கொண்டு விளங்கப்பண்ணி அந்நாள்துவக்கி இதை அறிவித்தவர் யார்? கர்த்தராகிய நான் அல்லவோ? நீதிபரரும் இரட்சகருமாகிய என்னையல்லாமல் வேறே தேவன் இல்லை; என்னைத்தவிர வேறொருவரும் இல்லை. Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me.

22 பூமியின் எல்லையெங்குமுள்ளவர்களே, என்னை நோக்கிப்பாருங்கள்; அப்பொழுது இரட்சிக்கப்படுவீர்கள்; நானே தேவன், வேறொருவரும் இல்லை. Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.

23 முழங்கால் யாவும் எனக்கு முன்பாக முடங்கும், நாவு யாவும் என்னை முன்னிட்டு ஆணையிடும் என்று நான் என்னைக்கொண்டே ஆணையிட்டிருக்கிறேன்; இந்த நீதியான வார்த்தை என் வாயிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டது; இது மாறுவது இல்லையென்கிறார். I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.

24 கர்த்தரிடத்தில்மாத்திரம் நீதியும் வல்லமையுமுண்டென்று அவனவன் சொல்லி அவரிடத்தில் வந்து சேருவான்; அவருக்கு விரோதமாய் எரிச்சல்கொண்டிருக்கிற யாவரும் வெட்கப்படுவார்கள். Surely, shall one say, in the LORD have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.

25 இஸ்ரவேலின் சந்ததியாகிய யாவரும் கர்த்தருக்குள் நீதிமான்களாக்கப்பட்டு மேன்மைபாராட்டுவார்கள். In the LORD shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.

1 Karththaraakiya naan apishaekampannnnina koraesukku munpaaka jaathikalaik geelppaduththi, raajaakkalin itaikkattukalai avilkkumpatikkum, avanukku munpaaka vaasalkal poottappadaathirukka, kathavukalaith thiranthuvaikkumpatikkum, avanaippaarththu, avan valathukaiyaip pitiththukkonndu, avanukkuch sollukirathaavathu: Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;

2 Naan unakku munnae poy, konalaanavaikalaich sevvaiyaakkuvaen. I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:

3 Unnaip peyarsolli alaikkira isravaelin thaevanaakiya Karththar naanae entu nee ariyumpatikku, And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.

4 Vennkalak kathavukalai utaiththu, irupputh thaalppaalkalai muriththu, anthakaaraththil irukkira pokkishangalaiyum, olippidaththil irukkira puthaiyalkalaiyum unakkuk koduppaen; naan en thaasanaakiya yaakkopinimiththamum, naan therinthukonnda isravaelinimiththamum, naan unnaip peyarsolli alaiththu, nee ennai ariyaathirunthum unakku naamam thariththaen. For Jacob my servant's sake, and Israel mine elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.

5 Naanae Karththar, vaeroruvarillai; ennaiththavira Dhevan illai. I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:

6 Ennaiththavira oruvarum illaiyentu sooriyan uthikkira thisaiyilum, athu asthamikkira thisaiyilum ariyappadumpatikku nee ennai ariyaathirunthum, naan unakku itaikkattu kattinaen; naanae Karththar, vaeroruvar illai. That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else.

7 Oliyaip pataiththu, irulaiyum unndaakkinaen, samaathaanaththaip pataiththu theengaiyum unndaakkukiravar naanae; karththaraakiya naanae ivaikalaiyellaam seykiravar. I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

8 Vaanangalae uyara irunthu soriyungal; aakaayamanndalangal neethiyaippoliyakkadavathu; poomi thiravunndu, iratchippin kaniyaiththanthu, neethiyungaூda vilaivathaaka; karththaraakiya naan ivaikalai unndaakkukiraேn. 9 Mannnnodukalukkoththa odaayirunthum, thannai uruvaakkinavarotae valakkaadukiravanukku aiyo! Kalimann thannai uruvaakkinavanai Nnokki: enna seykiraayentu sollaththakumo? Un kiriyaiyaanathu: avarukkuk kaikalillaiyentu sollalaamo? Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. 10 Thakappanai Nnokki: aen janippiththaay entum, thaayai Nnokki: aen pettaாy entum sollukiravanukku aiyo! Woe unto him that saith unto his father, What begettest thou? or to the woman, What hast thou brought forth?

11 Isravaelin Parisuththaruma͠avanai uruvaakkinavarumaakiya Karththar sollukirathaavathu: varungaariyangalai ennidaththil kaelungal; en pillaikalaikkuriththum, en karangalin kiriyaikalaikkuriththum enakkuk kattalaiyidungal. Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.

12 Naan poomiyai unndupannnni, naanae athinmael irukkira manusharkalaich sirushtiththaen; en karangal vaanangalai viriththana; avaikalin sarvasenaiyaiyum naan kattalaiyittaேn. 13 Naan neethiyinpati avanai eluppinaen; avan valikalaiyellaam sevvaippaduththuvaen; avan en nakaraththaik katti, siraippattuppona ennutaiyavarkalaik kirayamillaamalum parithaanamillaamalum viduthalaiyaakkuvaan entu senaikalin Karththar sollukiraar. 14 Ekipthin sampaaththiyamum, eththiyoppiyaavin varththakalaapamum, netiya aatkalaakiya sapaeyarin varththakalaapamum, unnidaththirkuth thaanntivanthu, unnutaiyathaakum; avarkal un pinnae sentu, vilangidappattu nadanthuvanthu: unnudanaemaaththiram Dhevan irukkiraar entum, avaraiyallaamal vaeraே Dhevan illaiyentum solli, unnaippanninthukonndu, unnai Nnokki vinnnappampannnuvaarkal entu Karththar sollukiraar. 15 Isravaelin thaevanum iratchakarumaakiya neer meyyaakavae ummai maraiththukkonntirukkira thaevanaayirukkireer. Verily thou art a God that hidest thyself, O God of Israel, the Saviour.

16 Vikkirakangalai unndupannnukira anaivarum vetkappattu ilachchaைyatainthu aekamaayk kalangippovaarkal. They shall be ashamed, and also confounded, all of them: they shall go to confusion together that are makers of idols.

17 Isravaelo karththaraalae niththiya iratchippinaal iratchikkappaduvaan; neengal ententaikkumulla sathaakaalangalilum vetkappadaamalum kalangaamalum iruppeerkal. But Israel shall be saved in the LORD with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.

18 Vaanangalaich sirushtiththu poomiyaiyum veraுmaiyaayirukkach sirushtiyaamal athaik kutiyiruppukkaakachcheythu pataiththu, athai uruvaerpaduththina thaevanaakiya, Karththar sollukirathaavathu: naanae Karththar, vaeroruvar illai. For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else.

19 Naan antharangaththilum poomiyin anthakaaramaana idaththilum paesinathillai; viruthaavaaka ennaith thaedungalentu naan yaakkopin santhathikkuch sonnathumillai; naan neethiyaippaesi, yathaarththamaanavaikalai arivikkira Karththar. I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the LORD speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.

20 Jaathikalinintu thappinavarkalae, koottangaூti vaarungal; aekamaaych serungal; thangal vikkiramaakiya maraththaich sumanthu, iratchikkamaattatha thaevanaith tholuthukollukiravarkal arivillaathavarkal. 21 Neengal therivikkumpati sernthu, aekamaay yosanaipannnungal; ithaip poorvakaalamutharkonndu vilangappannnni annaalthuvakki ithai ariviththavar yaar? Karththaraakiya naan allavo? Neethipararum iratchakarumaakiya ennaiyallaamal vaeraே Dhevan illai; ennaiththavira vaeroruvarum illai. Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me.

22 Poomiyin ellaiyengumullavarkalae, ennai Nnokkippaarungal; appoluthu iratchikkappaduveerkal; naanae Dhevan, vaeroruvarum illai. Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.

23 Mulangaal yaavum enakku munpaaka mudangum, naavu yaavum ennai munnittu aannaiyidum entu naan ennaikkonntae aannaiyittirukkiraேn; intha neethiyaana vaarththai en vaayilirunthu purappattathu; ithu maaraுvathu illaiyenkiraar. I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.

24 Karththaridaththilmaaththiram neethiyum vallamaiyumunndentu avanavan solli avaridaththil vanthu seruvaan; avarukku virothamaay erichchalkonntirukkira yaavarum vetkappaduvaarkal. Surely, shall one say, in the LORD have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.

25 Isravaelin santhathiyaakiya yaavarum karththarukkul neethimaankalaakkappattu maenmaipaaraattuvaarkal. In the LORD shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.
