Psalm 22 in Tamil

1 என் தேவனே, என் தேவனே, ஏன் என்னைக் கைவிட்டீர்? எனக்கு உதவி செய்யாமலும், நான் கதறிச் சொல்லும் வார்த்தைகளைக் கேளாமலும் ஏன் தூரமாயிருக்கிறீர்? My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?

2 என் தேவனே, நான் பகலிலே கூப்பிடுகிறேன், உத்தரவுகொடீர்; இரவிலே கூப்பிடுகிறேன், எனக்கு அமைதலில்லை. O my God, I cry in the day time, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.

3 இஸ்ரவேலின் துதிகளுக்குள் வாசமாயிருக்கிற தேவரீரே பரிசுத்தர். But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.

4 எங்கள் பிதாக்கள் உம்மிடத்தில் நம்பிக்கை வைத்தார்கள்; நம்பின அவர்களை நீர் விடுவித்தீர். Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.

5 உம்மை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிட்டுத் தப்பினார்கள்; உம்மை நம்பி வெட்கப்பட்டுப்போΕாதிருந்தார்கள். They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.

6 நானோ ஒரு புழு, மனுஷனல்ல; மனுஷரால் நிந்திக்கப்பட்டும் ஜனங்களால் அவமதிக்கப்பட்டும் இருக்கிறேன். But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.

7 என்னைப் பார்க்கிறவர்களெல்லாரும் என்னைப் பரியாசம்பண்ணி, உதட்டைப் பிதுக்கி, தலையைத் துலுக்கி; All they that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying,

8 கர்த்தர்மேல் நம்பிக்கையாயிருந்தானே, அவர் இவனை விடுவிக்கட்டும்; இவன்மேல் பிரியமாயிருக்கிறாரே, இப்பொழுது இவனை மீட்டுவிடட்டும் என்கிறார்கள். He trusted on the LORD that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.

9 நீரே என்னைக் கர்ப்பத்திலிருந்து எடுத்தவர்; என் தாயின் முலைப்பாலை நான் உண்கையில் என்னை உம்முடையபேரில் நம்பிக்கையாயிருக்கப்பண்ணினீர். But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother's breasts.

10 கர்ப்பத்திலிருந்து வெளிப்பட்டபோதே உமது சார்பில் விழுந்தேன்; நான் என் தாயின் வயிற்றில் இருந்ததுமுதல் நீர் என் தேவனாயிருக்கிறீர். I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother's belly.

11 என்னை விட்டுத் தூரமாகாதேயும்; ஆபத்து கிட்டியிருக்கிறது, சகாயரும் இல்லை. Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help.

12 அநேகம் காளைகள் என்னைச் சூழ்ந்திருக்கிறது; பாசான் தேசத்துப் பலத்த எருதுகள் என்னை வளைந்துகொண்டது. Many bulls have compassed me: strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round.

13 பீறி கெர்ச்சிக்கிற சிங்கத்தைப்போல், என்மேல் தங்கள் வாயைத்திறக்கிறார்கள். They gaped upon me with their mouths, as a ravening and a roaring lion.

14 தண்ணீரைப்போல ஊற்றுண்டேன்; என் எலும்புகளெல்லாம் கட்டுவிட்டது, என் இருதயம் மெழுகுபோலாகி, என் குடல்களின் நடுவே உருகிற்று. I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.

15 என் பெலன் ஓட்டைப்போல் காய்ந்தது; என் நாவு மேல்வாயோடே ஒட்டிக்கொண்டது; என்னை மரணத்தூளிலே போடுகிறீர். My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.

16 நாய்கள் என்னைச் சூழ்ந்திருக்கிறது; பொல்லாதவர்களின் கூட்டம் என்னை வளைந்துகொண்டது; என் கைகளையும் என் கால்களையும் உருவக் குத்தினார்கள். For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.

17 என் எலும்புகளையெல்லாம் நான் எண்ணலாம்; அவர்கள் என்னை நோக்கிப் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள். I may tell all my bones: they look and stare upon me.

18 என் வஸ்திரங்களைத் தங்களுக்குள்ளே பங்கிட்டு, என் உடையின்பேரில் சீட்டுப்போடுகிறார்கள். They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.

19 ஆனாலும் கர்த்தாவே, நீர் எனக்குத் தூரமாகாதேயும்; என் பெலனே, எனக்குச் சகாயம்பண்ணத் தீவிரித்துக்கொள்ளும். But be not thou far from me, O LORD: O my strength, haste thee to help me.

20 என் ஆத்துமாவைப் பட்டயத்திற்கும், எனக்கு அருமையானதை நாய்களின் துஷ்டத்தனத்திற்கும் தப்புவியும். Deliver my soul from the sword; my darling from the power of the dog.

21 என்னைச் சிங்கத்தின் வாயிலிருந்து இரட்சியும்; நான் காண்டாமிருகத்தின் கொம்புகளில் இருக்கும்போது எனக்குச் செவிகொடுத்தருளினீர். Save me from the lion's mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns.

22 உம்முடைய நாமத்தை என் சகோதரருக்கு அறிவித்து, சபைநடுவில் உம்மைத் துதிப்பேன். I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.

23 கர்த்தருக்குப் பயப்படுகிறவர்களே, அவரைத் துதியுங்கள்; யாக்கோபின் சந்ததியாரே நீங்கள் எல்லாரும் அவரைக் கனம்பண்ணுங்கள்; இஸ்ரவேலின் வம்சத்தாரே நீங்கள் எல்லாரும் அவர்பேரில் பயபக்தியாயிருங்கள், Ye that fear the LORD, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him; and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel.

24 உபத்திரவப்பட்டவனுடைய உபத்திரவத்தை அவர் அற்பமாயெண்ணாமலும் அருவருக்காமலும் தம்முடைய முகத்தை அவனுக்கு மறைக்காமலுமிருந்து தம்மை நோக்கி அவன் கூப்பிடுகையில் அவனைக் கேட்டருளினார். For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither hath he hid his face from him; but when he cried unto him, he heard.

25 மகா சபையிலே நான் உம்மைத் துதிப்பேன்; அவருக்குப் பயப்படுகிறவர்களுக்கு முன்பாக என் பொருத்தனைகளைச் செலுத்துவேன். My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows before them that fear him.

26 சாந்தகுணமுள்ளவர்கள் புசித்துத்திருப்தியடைவார்கள்; கர்த்தரைத் தேடுகிறவர்கள் அவரைத் துதிப்பார்கள்; உங்கள் இருதயம் என்றென்றைக்கும் வாழும். The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek him: your heart shall live for ever.

27 பூமியின் எல்லைகளெல்லாம் நினைவுகூர்ந்து கர்த்தரிடத்தில் திரும்பும்; ஜாதிகளுடைய சந்ததிகளெல்லாம் உமது சமுகத்தில் தொழுதுகொள்ளும். All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.

28 ராஜ்யம் கர்த்தருடையது; அவர் ஜாதிகளை ஆளுகிறவர். For the kingdom is the LORD's: and he is the governor among the nations.

29 பூமியின் செல்வவான்கள் யாவரும் புசித்துப்பணிந்துகொள்வார்கள்; புழுதியில் இறங்குகிறவர்கள் யாவரும் அவருக்கு முன்பாக வணங்குவார்கள். ஒருவனும் தன் ஆத்துமா அழியாதபடி அதைக் காக்கக் கூடாதே. All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.

30 ஒரு சந்ததி அவரைச் சேவிக்கும்; தலைமுறை தலைமுறையாக அது ஆண்டவருடைய சந்ததி என்னப்படும். A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.

31 அவர்கள் வந்து: அவரே இவைகளைச் செய்தார் என்று பிறக்கப்போகிறவர்களுக்கு அவருடைய நீதியை அறிவிப்பார்கள். They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this.

1 En thaevanae, en thaevanae, aen ennaik kaivittir? Enakku uthavi seyyaamalum, naan katharich sollum vaarththaikalaik kaelaamalum aen thooramaayirukkireer? My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?

2 En thaevanae, naan pakalilae kooppidukiraேn, uththaravukoteer; iravilae kooppidukiraேn, enakku amaithalillai. O my God, I cry in the day time, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.

3 Isravaelin thuthikalukkul vaasamaayirukkira thaevareerae Parisuththar. But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.

4 Engal pithaakkal ummidaththil nampikkai vaiththaarkal; nampina avarkalai neer viduviththeer. Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.

5 Ummai Nnokkik kooppittuth thappinaarkal; ummai nampi vetkappattuppoΕாthirunthaarkal. They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.

6 Naano oru pulu, manushanalla; manusharaal ninthikkappattum janangalaal avamathikkappattum irukkiraேn. But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.

7 Ennaip paarkkiravarkalellaarum ennaip pariyaasampannnni, uthattaைp pithukki, thalaiyaith thulukki; All they that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying,

8 Karththarmael nampikkaiyaayirunthaanae, avar ivanai viduvikkattum; ivanmael piriyamaayirukkiraarae, ippoluthu ivanai meettuvidattum enkiraarkal. He trusted on the LORD that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.

9 Neerae ennaik karppaththilirunthu eduththavar; en thaayin mulaippaalai naan unnkaiyil ennai ummutaiyapaeril nampikkaiyaayirukkappannnnineer. But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother's breasts.

10 Karppaththilirunthu velippattapothae umathu saarpil vilunthaen; naan en thaayin vayittil irunthathumuthal neer en thaevanaayirukkireer. I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother's belly.

11 Ennai vittuth thooramaakaathaeyum; aapaththu kittiyirukkirathu, sakaayarum illai. Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help.

12 Anaekam kaalaikal ennaich soolnthirukkirathu; paasaan thaesaththup palaththa eruthukal ennai valainthukonndathu. Many bulls have compassed me: strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round.

13 Peeri kerchchikkira singaththaippol, enmael thangal vaayaiththirakkiraarkal. They gaped upon me with their mouths, as a ravening and a roaring lion.

14 Thannnneeraippola oottaுnntaen; en elumpukalellaam kattuvittathu, en iruthayam melukupolaaki, en kudalkalin naduvae urukittaு. I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.

15 En pelan ottaைppol kaaynthathu; en naavu maelvaayotae ottikkonndathu; ennai maranaththoolilae podukireer. My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.

16 Naaykal ennaich soolnthirukkirathu; pollaathavarkalin koottam ennai valainthukonndathu; en kaikalaiyum en kaalkalaiyum uruvak kuththinaarkal. For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.

17 En elumpukalaiyellaam naan ennnalaam; avarkal ennai Nnokkip paarththukkonntirukkiraarkal. I may tell all my bones: they look and stare upon me.

18 En vasthirangalaith thangalukkullae pangittu, en utaiyinpaeril seettuppodukiraarkal. They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.

19 Aanaalum karththaavae, neer enakkuth thooramaakaathaeyum; en pelanae, enakkuch sakaayampannnath theeviriththukkollum. But be not thou far from me, O LORD: O my strength, haste thee to help me.

20 En aaththumaavaip pattayaththirkum, enakku arumaiyaanathai naaykalin thushdaththanaththirkum thappuviyum. Deliver my soul from the sword; my darling from the power of the dog.

21 Ennaich singaththin vaayilirunthu iratchiyum; naan kaanndaamirukaththin kompukalil irukkumpothu enakkuch sevikoduththarulineer. Save me from the lion's mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns.

22 Ummutaiya naamaththai en sakothararukku ariviththu, Sabainaduvil ummaith thuthippaen. I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.

23 Karththarukkup payappadukiravarkalae, avaraith thuthiyungal; yaakkopin santhathiyaarae neengal ellaarum avaraik kanampannnungal; isravaelin vamsaththaarae neengal ellaarum avarpaeril payapakthiyaayirungal, Ye that fear the LORD, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him; and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel.

24 Upaththiravappattavanutaiya upaththiravaththai avar arpamaayennnnaamalum aruvarukkaamalum thammutaiya mukaththai avanukku maraikkaamalumirunthu thammai Nnokki avan kooppidukaiyil avanaik kaettarulinaar. For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither hath he hid his face from him; but when he cried unto him, he heard.

25 Makaa Sabaiyilae naan ummaith thuthippaen; avarukkup payappadukiravarkalukku munpaaka en poruththanaikalaich seluththuvaen. My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows before them that fear him.

26 Saanthakunamullavarkal pusiththuththirupthiyataivaarkal; karththaraith thaedukiravarkal avaraith thuthippaarkal; ungal iruthayam ententaikkum vaalum. The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek him: your heart shall live for ever.

27 Poomiyin ellaikalellaam ninaivukoornthu karththaridaththil thirumpum; jaathikalutaiya santhathikalellaam umathu samukaththil tholuthukollum. All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.

28 Raajyam karththarutaiyathu; avar jaathikalai aalukiravar. For the kingdom is the LORD's: and he is the governor among the nations.

29 Poomiyin selvavaankal yaavarum pusiththuppanninthukolvaarkal; puluthiyil irangukiravarkal yaavarum avarukku munpaaka vananguvaarkal. Oruvanum than aaththumaa aliyaathapati athaik kaakkak koodaathae. All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.

30 Oru santhathi avaraich sevikkum; thalaimurai thalaimuraiyaaka athu aanndavarutaiya santhathi ennappadum. A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.

31 Avarkal vanthu: avarae ivaikalaich seythaar entu pirakkappokiravarkalukku avarutaiya neethiyai arivippaarkal. They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this.
