Psalm 43 in Tamil

1 தேவனே, நீர் என் நியாயத்தை விசாரித்து, பக்தியில்லாத ஜாதியாரோடு எனக்காக வழக்காடி, சூதும் அநியாயமுமான மனுஷனுக்கு என்னைத் தப்புவியும். Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.

2 என் அரணாகிய தேவன் நீர்; ஏன் என்னைத் தள்ளிவிடுகிαீர்? சத்துருவிΩால் ஒடுக்கப்பட்டு நான் ஏன் துக்கதύதுடனே திரியவேண்டும்? For thou art the God of my strength: why dost thou cast me off? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

3 உமது வெளிச்சத்தையும் உமது சத்தியத்தையும் அனுப்பியருளும்; அவைகள் என்னை நடத்தி, உமது பரிசுத்த பர்வதத்திற்கும் உமது வாசஸ்தலங்களுக்கும் என்னைக் கொண்டுபோவதாக. O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles.

4 அப்பொழுது நான் தேவனுடைய பீடத்தண்டைக்கும், எனக்கு ஆனந்த மகிழ்ச்சியாயிருக்கிற தேவனிடத்திற்கும் பிரவேசிப்பேன். தேவனே, என் தேவனே, உம்மைச் சுரமண்டலத்தால் துதிப்பேன். Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God my exceeding joy: yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God.

5 என் ஆத்துமாவே, நீ ஏன் கலங்குகிறாய்? ஏன் எனக்குள் தியங்குகிறாய்? தேவனை நோக்கிக் காத்திரு; என் முகத்திற்கு இரட்சிப்பும் என் தேவனுமாயிருக்கிறவரை நான் இன்னும் துதிப்பேன். Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.

1 Thaevanae, neer en niyaayaththai visaariththu, pakthiyillaatha jaathiyaarodu enakkaaka valakkaati, soothum aniyaayamumaana manushanukku ennaith thappuviyum. Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.

2 En arannaakiya Dhevan neer; aen ennaith thallividukiαீr? SaththuruviΩாl odukkappattu naan aen thukkathaύthudanae thiriyavaenndum? For thou art the God of my strength: why dost thou cast me off? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

3 Umathu velichchaththaiyum umathu saththiyaththaiyum anuppiyarulum; avaikal ennai nadaththi, umathu Parisuththa parvathaththirkum umathu vaasasthalangalukkum ennaik konndupovathaaka. O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles.

4 Appoluthu naan thaevanutaiya peedaththanntaikkum, enakku aanantha makilchchiyaayirukkira thaevanidaththirkum piravaesippaen. Thaevanae, en thaevanae, ummaich suramanndalaththaal thuthippaen. Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God my exceeding joy: yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God.

5 En aaththumaavae, nee aen kalangukiraay? Aen enakkul thiyangukiraay? Thaevanai Nnokkik kaaththiru; en mukaththirku iratchippum en thaevanumaayirukkiravarai naan innum thuthippaen. Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
