நியமிக்கப்படாத கன்னியாஸ்திரீயாகிய ஒரு பெண்ணை ஒருவன் கண்டு, கையைப் பிடித்து அவளோடே சயனிக்கையில், அவர்கள் கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டால்,

அவன் இஸ்ரவேலில் ஒரு கன்னியை அவதூறுசெய்ததால், அவன் கையிலிருந்து நூறு வெள்ளிக்காசை அபராதமாக வாங்கி, பெண்ணின் தகப்பனுக்குக் கொடுக்கவேண்டும்; அவளோ அவனுக்கு மனைவியாயிருக்க வேண்டும்; அவன் தான் உயிருள்ளவரை அவளைத் தள்ளிவிடக்கூடாது.

அவனிடமிருந்து அபராதமாக 100 வெள்ளிக் காசுகளை வாங்கி பெண்ணின் தந்தையிடம் கொடுக்கவேண்டும். (ஏனெனில், அவள் கணவன் இஸ்ரவேல் பெண்ணுக்கு அவமானத்தைக் கொண்டுவந்தான்.) பின் அந்தப் பெண் அவனுக்கு தொடர்ந்து மனைவியாக இருக்க வேண்டும். அவன் தன் வாழ்நாள் முழுவதும் அவளை விவாகரத்து செய்யக் கூடாது.

And they shall amerce him in an hundred shekels of silver, and give them unto the father of the damsel, because he hath brought up an evil name upon a virgin of Israel: and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days.

அவன் இஸ்ரவேலில் ஒரு கன்னியை அவதூறுபண்ணினதினாலே, அவன் கையில் நூறு வெள்ளிக்காசை அபராதமாக வாங்கி, பெண்ணின் தகப்பனுக்குக்கொடுக்கக்கடவர்கள்; அவளோ அவனுக்கு மனைவியாயிருக்கவேண்டும்; அவன் தன் ஜீவனுள்ளளவும் அவளைத் தள்ளிவிடக்கூடாது.
