Deuteronomy 10 in Tamil

1 அக்காலத்திலே கர்த்தர் என்னை நோக்கி: நீ முந்தினவைகளுக்கொத்த இரண்டு கற்பலகைகளை வெட்டிக்கொண்டு, மலையின்மேல் ஏறி, என்னிடத்தில் வா; ஒரு மரப்பெட்டியையும் செய்வாயாக. At that time the LORD said unto me, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first, and come up unto me into the mount, and make thee an ark of wood.

2 நீ உடைத்துப்போட்ட முந்தின பலகைகளில் இருந்த வார்த்தைகளை நான் அந்தப் பலகைகளில் எழுதுவேன்; நீ அவைகளைப் பெட்டியிலே வைப்பாயாக என்றார். And I will write on the tables the words that were in the first tables which thou brakest, and thou shalt put them in the ark.

3 அப்படியே நான் சீத்திம் மரத்தினால் ஒரு பெட்டியைச் செய்து, முந்தினவைகளுக்கொத்த இரண்டு கற்பலகைகளை வெட்டி, அவைகளை என் கையிலே எடுத்துக்கொண்டு மலையில் ஏறினேன். And I made an ark of shittim wood, and hewed two tables of stone like unto the first, and went up into the mount, having the two tables in mine hand.

4 முன்னே சபைகூடிவந்த நாளில் கர்த்தர் மலையில் அக்கினி நடுவிலிருந்து உங்களுக்கு விளம்பின பத்துக் கற்பனைகளையும் அவர் முன் எழுதியிருந்த பிரகாரம் அந்தப் பலகைகளில் எழுதி, அவைகளை என்னிடத்தில் தந்தார். And he wrote on the tables, according to the first writing, the ten commandments, which the LORD spake unto you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly: and the LORD gave them unto me.

5 அப்பொழுது நான் திரும்பி மலையிலிருந்து இறங்கி, அந்தப் பலகைகளை நான் செய்த பெட்டியிலே வைத்தேன்; கர்த்தர் எனக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே அவைகள் அதிலே வைத்திருக்கிறது. And I turned myself and came down from the mount, and put the tables in the ark which I had made; and there they be, as the LORD commanded me.

6 பின்பு இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் பெனெயாக்கானுக்கடுத்த பேரோத்திலேயிருந்து மோசெராவுக்குப் பிரயாணம்பண்ணினார்கள்; அங்கே ஆரோன் மரித்து அடக்கம்பண்ணப்பட்டான்; அவன் ஸ்தானத்திலே அவன் குமாரனாகிய எலெயாசார் ஆசாரியனானான். And the children of Israel took their journey from Beeroth of the children of Jaakan to Mosera: there Aaron died, and there he was buried; and Eleazar his son ministered in the priest's office in his stead.

7 அங்கேயிருந்து குத்கோதாவுக்கும், குத்கோதாவிலிருந்து ஆறுகளுள்ள நாடாகிய யோத்பாத்துக்கும் பிரயாணம் பண்ணினார்கள். From thence they journeyed unto Gudgodah; and from Gudgodah to Jotbath, a land of rivers of waters.

8 அக்காலத்திலே கர்த்தருடைய உடன்படிக்கைப் பெட்டியைச் சுமப்பதற்கும், இந்நாள்வரைக்கும் நடந்துவருகிறதுபோல, கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியிலே நின்று அவருக்கு ஆராதனை செய்வதற்கும், அவர் நாமத்தைக் கொண்டு ஆசீர்வதிப்பதற்கும், கர்த்தர் லேவியின் கோத்திரத்தைப் பிரித்தெடுத்தார். At that time the LORD separated the tribe of Levi, to bear the ark of the covenant of the LORD, to stand before the LORD to minister unto him, and to bless in his name, unto this day.

9 ஆகையால் லேவிக்கு அவன் சகோதரரோடே பங்கும் சுதந்தரமும் இல்லை; உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் அவனுக்குச் சொன்னபடி, கர்த்தரே அவனுக்குச் சுதந்தரம். Wherefore Levi hath no part nor inheritance with his brethren; the LORD is his inheritance, according as the LORD thy God promised him.

10 நான் முந்தின பிரகாரமாகவே நாற்பதுநாள் இரவும் பகலும் மலையில் இருந்தேன்; கர்த்தர் அந்த முறையும் என் மன்றாட்டைக் கேட்டு, உன்னை அழிக்காமல் விட்டார். And I stayed in the mount, according to the first time, forty days and forty nights; and the LORD hearkened unto me at that time also, and the LORD would not destroy thee.

11 கர்த்தர் என்னை நோக்கி: நான் கொடுப்பேன் என்று அவர்களுடைய பிதாக்களுக்கு ஆணையிட்ட தேசத்தில் அவர்கள் போய் அதைத் சுதந்தரித்துக் கொள்ளும்படி, நீ எழுந்து, ஜனத்திற்கு முன்பாகப் பிரயாணப்பட்டுப் போ என்றார். And the LORD said unto me, Arise, take thy journey before the people, that they may go in and possess the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give unto them.

12 இப்பொழுதும் இஸ்ரவேலே, நீ உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்குப் பயந்து, அவர் வழிகளிலெல்லாம் நடந்து, அவரிடத்தில் அன்புகூர்ந்து, உன் முழு இருதயத்தோடும் உன் முழு ஆத்துமாவோடும் உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரைச் சேவித்து, And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,

13 நான் இன்று உனக்குக் கற்பிக்கிற கர்த்தருடைய கற்பனைகளையும் அவருடைய கட்டளைகளையும் உனக்கு நன்மையுண்டாகும்படி கைக்கொள்ளவேண்டும் என்பதையே அல்லாமல், வேறே எதை உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உன்னிடத்தில் கேட்கிறார். To keep the commandments of the LORD, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good?

14 இதோ, வானங்களும் வானாதிவானங்களும், பூமியும் அதிலுள்ள யாவும், உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருடையவைகள். Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is the LORD's thy God, the earth also, with all that therein is.

15 ஆனாலும் கர்த்தர் உன் பிதாக்கள்மேல் அன்புகூரும்பொருட்டு அவர்களிடத்தில் பிரியம் வைத்து, அவர்களுக்குப் பின் அவர்களுடைய சந்ததியாகிய உங்களை, இந்நாளில் இருக்கிறபடியே, சகல ஜாதிகளுக்குள்ளும் தமக்கென்று தெரிந்துகொண்டார். Only the LORD had a delight in thy fathers to love them, and he chose their seed after them, even you above all people, as it is this day.

16 ஆகையால் நீங்கள் இனி உங்கள் பிடரியைக் கடினப்படுத்தாமல், உங்கள் இருதயத்தின் நுனித்தோலை விருத்தசேதனம்பண்ணுங்கள். Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiffnecked.

17 உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் தேவாதி தேவனும், கர்த்தாதி கர்த்தரும், மகத்துவமும் வல்லமையும் பயங்கரமுமான தேவனுமாயிருக்கிறார்; அவர் பட்சபாதம் பண்ணுகிறவரும் அல்ல, பரிதானம் வாங்குகிறவரும் அல்ல. For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward:

18 அவர் திக்கற்ற பிள்ளைக்கும் விதவைக்கும் நியாயஞ்செய்கிறவரும், அந்நியன்மேல் அன்புவைத்து அவனுக்கு அன்னவஸ்திரம் கொடுக்கிறவருமாய் இருக்கிறார். He doth execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loveth the stranger, in giving him food and raiment.

19 நீங்களும் எகிப்துதேசத்தில் அந்நியராயிருந்தபடியால், அந்நியரைச் சிநேகிப்பீர்களாக. Love ye therefore the stranger: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.

20 உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்குப் பயந்து, அவரைச் சேவித்து, அவரைப் பற்றிக்கொண்டிருந்து, அவருடைய நாமத்தைக்கொண்டு ஆணையிடுவாயாக. Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God; him shalt thou serve, and to him shalt thou cleave, and swear by his name.

21 அவரே உன் புகழ்ச்சி; உன் கண் கண்ட இந்தப் பெரிய பயங்கரமான காரியங்களை உன்னிடத்தில் செய்த உன் தேவன் அவரே. He is thy praise, and he is thy God, that hath done for thee these great and terrible things, which thine eyes have seen.

22 உன் பிதாக்கள் எழுபதுபேராய் எகிப்துக்குப் போனார்கள்; இப்பொழுதோ உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உன்னைத் திரட்சியிலே வானத்தின் நட்சத்திரங்களைப்போலாக்கினார். Thy fathers went down into Egypt with threescore and ten persons; and now the LORD thy God hath made thee as the stars of heaven for multitude.

1 Akkaalaththilae Karththar ennai Nnokki: nee munthinavaikalukkoththa iranndu karpalakaikalai vettikkonndu, malaiyinmael aeri, ennidaththil vaa; oru marappettiyaiyum seyvaayaaka. At that time the LORD said unto me, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first, and come up unto me into the mount, and make thee an ark of wood.

2 Nee utaiththuppotta munthina palakaikalil iruntha vaarththaikalai naan anthap palakaikalil eluthuvaen; nee avaikalaip pettiyilae vaippaayaaka entar. And I will write on the tables the words that were in the first tables which thou brakest, and thou shalt put them in the ark.

3 Appatiyae naan seeththim maraththinaal oru pettiyaich seythu, munthinavaikalukkoththa iranndu karpalakaikalai vetti, avaikalai en kaiyilae eduththukkonndu malaiyil aerinaen. And I made an ark of shittim wood, and hewed two tables of stone like unto the first, and went up into the mount, having the two tables in mine hand.

4 Munnae Sabaikootivantha naalil Karththar malaiyil akkini naduvilirunthu ungalukku vilampina paththuk karpanaikalaiyum avar mun eluthiyiruntha pirakaaram anthap palakaikalil eluthi, avaikalai ennidaththil thanthaar. And he wrote on the tables, according to the first writing, the ten commandments, which the LORD spake unto you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly: and the LORD gave them unto me.

5 Appoluthu naan thirumpi malaiyilirunthu irangi, anthap palakaikalai naan seytha pettiyilae vaiththaen; Karththar enakkuk kattalaiyittapatiyae avaikal athilae vaiththirukkirathu. And I turned myself and came down from the mount, and put the tables in the ark which I had made; and there they be, as the LORD commanded me.

6 Pinpu Israel puththirar peneyaakkaanukkaduththa paeroththilaeyirunthu moseraavukkup pirayaanampannnninaarkal; angae aaron mariththu adakkampannnappattan; avan sthaanaththilae avan kumaaranaakiya eleyaasaar aasaariyanaanaan. And the children of Israel took their journey from Beeroth of the children of Jaakan to Mosera: there Aaron died, and there he was buried; and Eleazar his son ministered in the priest's office in his stead.

7 Angaeyirunthu kuthkothaavukkum, kuthkothaavilirunthu aaraுkalulla naadaakiya yothpaaththukkum pirayaanam pannnninaarkal. From thence they journeyed unto Gudgodah; and from Gudgodah to Jotbath, a land of rivers of waters.

8 Akkaalaththilae karththarutaiya udanpatikkaip pettiyaich sumappatharkum, innaalvaraikkum nadanthuvarukirathupola, karththarutaiya sannithiyilae nintu avarukku aaraathanai seyvatharkum, avar naamaththaik konndu aaseervathippatharkum, Karththar laeviyin koththiraththaip piriththeduththaar. At that time the LORD separated the tribe of Levi, to bear the ark of the covenant of the LORD, to stand before the LORD to minister unto him, and to bless in his name, unto this day.

9 Aakaiyaal laevikku avan sakothararotae pangum suthantharamum illai; un thaevanaakiya Karththar avanukkuch sonnapati, karththarae avanukkuch suthantharam. Wherefore Levi hath no part nor inheritance with his brethren; the LORD is his inheritance, according as the LORD thy God promised him.

10 Naan munthina pirakaaramaakavae naarpathunaal iravum pakalum malaiyil irunthaen; Karththar antha muraiyum en mantattaைk kaettu, unnai alikkaamal vittar. And I stayed in the mount, according to the first time, forty days and forty nights; and the LORD hearkened unto me at that time also, and the LORD would not destroy thee.

11 Karththar ennai Nnokki: naan koduppaen entu avarkalutaiya pithaakkalukku aannaiyitta thaesaththil avarkal poy athaith suthanthariththuk kollumpati, nee elunthu, janaththirku munpaakap pirayaanappattup po entar. And the LORD said unto me, Arise, take thy journey before the people, that they may go in and possess the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give unto them.

12 Ippoluthum isravaelae, nee un thaevanaakiya karththarukkup payanthu, avar valikalilellaam nadanthu, avaridaththil anpukoornthu, un mulu iruthayaththodum un mulu aaththumaavodum un thaevanaakiya karththaraich seviththu, And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,

13 Naan intu unakkuk karpikkira karththarutaiya karpanaikalaiyum avarutaiya kattalaikalaiyum unakku nanmaiyunndaakumpati kaikkollavaenndum enpathaiyae allaamal, vaeraே ethai un thaevanaakiya Karththar unnidaththil kaetkiraar. To keep the commandments of the LORD, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good?

14 Itho, vaanangalum vaanaathivaanangalum, poomiyum athilulla yaavum, un thaevanaakiya karththarutaiyavaikal. Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is the LORD's thy God, the earth also, with all that therein is.

15 Aanaalum Karththar un pithaakkalmael anpukoorumporuttu avarkalidaththil piriyam vaiththu, avarkalukkup pin avarkalutaiya santhathiyaakiya ungalai, innaalil irukkirapatiyae, sakala jaathikalukkullum thamakkentu therinthukonndaar. Only the LORD had a delight in thy fathers to love them, and he chose their seed after them, even you above all people, as it is this day.

16 Aakaiyaal neengal ini ungal pidariyaik katinappaduththaamal, ungal iruthayaththin nuniththolai viruththasethanampannnungal. Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiffnecked.

17 Ungal thaevanaakiya Karththar thaevaathi thaevanum, karththaathi karththarum, makaththuvamum vallamaiyum payangaramumaana thaevanumaayirukkiraar; avar patchapaatham pannnukiravarum alla, parithaanam vaangukiravarum alla. For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward:

18 Avar thikkatta pillaikkum vithavaikkum niyaayanjaெykiravarum, anniyanmael anpuvaiththu avanukku annavasthiram kodukkiravarumaay irukkiraar. He doth execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loveth the stranger, in giving him food and raiment.

19 Neengalum ekipthuthaesaththil anniyaraayirunthapatiyaal, anniyaraich sinaekippeerkalaaka. Love ye therefore the stranger: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.

20 Un thaevanaakiya karththarukkup payanthu, avaraich seviththu, avaraip pattikkonntirunthu, avarutaiya naamaththaikkonndu aannaiyiduvaayaaka. Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God; him shalt thou serve, and to him shalt thou cleave, and swear by his name.

21 Avarae un pukalchchi; un kann kannda inthap periya payangaramaana kaariyangalai unnidaththil seytha un Dhevan avarae. He is thy praise, and he is thy God, that hath done for thee these great and terrible things, which thine eyes have seen.

22 Un pithaakkal elupathupaeraay ekipthukkup ponaarkal; ippolutho un thaevanaakiya Karththar unnaith thiratchiyilae vaanaththin natchaththirangalaippolaakkinaar. Thy fathers went down into Egypt with threescore and ten persons; and now the LORD thy God hath made thee as the stars of heaven for multitude.
