Jeremiah 12 in Tamil

1 கர்த்தாவே உம்மோடே நான் வழக்காடப்போனால், தேவரீர் நீதியுள்ளவராமே; ஆகிலும் உம்முடைய நியாயங்களைக் குறித்து உம்மோடே நான் பேசும்படி வேண்டுகிறேன்; ஆகாதவர்களின் வழி வாய்க்கிறதென்ன? துரோகஞ்செய்துவருகிற அனைவரும் சுகித்திருக்கிறதென்ன? Righteous art thou, O LORD, when I plead with thee: yet let me talk with thee of thy judgments: Wherefore doth the way of the wicked prosper? wherefore are all they happy that deal very treacherously?

2 நீர் அவர்களை நாட்டினீர், வேர்பற்றித் தேறிப்போனார்கள், கனியும் கொடுக்கிறார்கள்; நீர் அவர்கள் வாய்க்குச் சமீபமும், அவர்கள் உள்ளிந்திரியங்களுக்கோ தூரமுமாயிருக்கிறீர். Thou hast planted them, yea, they have taken root: they grow, yea, they bring forth fruit: thou art near in their mouth, and far from their reins.

3 கர்த்தாவே, நீர் என்னை அறிந்திருக்கிறீர், என்னைக் காண்கிறீர்; என் இருதயம் உமக்கு முன்பாக எப்படிப்பட்டதென்று சோதித்து அறிகிறீர்; அடிக்கப்படும் ஆடுகளைப்போல அவர்களைப் பிடுங்கிப்போட்டு கொலைநாளுக்கு அவர்களை நியமியும். But thou, O LORD, knowest me: thou hast seen me, and tried mine heart toward thee: pull them out like sheep for the slaughter, and prepare them for the day of slaughter.

4 எந்தமட்டும் தேசம் புலம்பி, எல்லா வெளியின் புல்லும் வாடி, அதின் குடிகளுடைய பொல்லாப்பினிமித்தம் மிருகங்களும் பறவைகளும் அழியவேண்டும்! எங்கள் முடிவை அவன் காண்பதில்லையென்கிறார்கள். How long shall the land mourn, and the herbs of every field wither, for the wickedness of them that dwell therein? the beasts are consumed, and the birds; because they said, He shall not see our last end.

5 நீ காலாட்களோடே ஓடும்போதே உன்னை இளைக்கப்பண்ணினார்களானால், குதிரைகளோடே எப்படிச் சேர்ந்து ஓடுவாய்? சமாதானமுள்ள தேசத்திலேயே நீ அடைக்கலம் தேடினால், யோர்தான் பிரவாகித்து வரும்போது நீ என்னசெய்வாய்? If thou hast run with the footmen, and they have wearied thee, then how canst thou contend with horses? and if in the land of peace, wherein thou trustedst, they wearied thee, then how wilt thou do in the swelling of Jordan?

6 உன் சகோதரரும், உன் தகப்பன்வம்சத்தாரும் உனக்கு துரோகம்பண்ணி, அவர்களும் உன்னைப் பின்தொடர்ந்து மிகவும் ஆரவாரம்பண்ணினார்கள்; அவர்கள் உன்னோடே இனிய வார்த்தைகளைப் பேசினாலும் அவர்களை நம்பவேண்டாம். For even thy brethren, and the house of thy father, even they have dealt treacherously with thee; yea, they have called a multitude after thee: believe them not, though they speak fair words unto thee.

7 நான் என் வீட்டை விட்டுவிட்டேன், என் சுதந்தரத்தை நெகிழவிட்டேன்; என் ஆத்துமா நேசித்தவளை அவனுடைய சத்துருவின் கையிலே ஒப்புக்கொடுத்தேன். I have forsaken mine house, I have left mine heritage; I have given the dearly beloved of my soul into the hand of her enemies.

8 என் சுதந்தரம் காட்டிலுள்ள சிங்கத்தைப்போல எனக்காயிற்று: அது எனக்கு விரோதமாய் கெர்ச்சிக்கிறது; ஆதலால் அதை வெறுக்கிறேன். Mine heritage is unto me as a lion in the forest; it crieth out against me: therefore have I hated it.

9 என் சுதந்தரம் பலவருணமான பட்சியைப்போல எனக்காயிற்று; ஆகையால், பட்சிகள் அதைச் சுற்றிலும் வருவதாக; வெளியில் சகல ஜீவன்களே அதைப் பட்சிக்கும்படி கூடிவாருங்கள். Mine heritage is unto me as a speckled bird, the birds round about are against her; come ye, assemble all the beasts of the field, come to devour.

10 அநேக மேய்ப்பர்கள் என் திராட்சத்தோட்டத்தை அழித்து, என் பங்கைக் காலால் மிதித்து என் பிரியமான பங்கைப் பாழான வனாந்தரமாக்கினார்கள். Many pastors have destroyed my vineyard, they have trodden my portion under foot, they have made my pleasant portion a desolate wilderness.

11 அதைப் பாழாக்கிவிட்டார்கள்; பாழாய்க் கிடக்கிற அது என்னை நோக்கிப் புலம்புகிறது; தேசமெல்லாம் பாழாயிற்று; ஒருவனும் அதை மனதிலே வைக்கிறதில்லை. They have made it desolate, and being desolate it mourneth unto me; the whole land is made desolate, because no man layeth it to heart.

12 கொள்ளைக்காரர் வனாந்தரத்திலுள்ள எல்லா உயர்நிலங்களின்மேலும் வருகிறார்கள்; கர்த்தருடைய பட்டயம் தேசத்தின் ஒருமுனைதொடங்கித் தேசத்தின் மறுமுனைமட்டும் பட்சித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கும்; மாம்சமாகிய ஒன்றுக்கும் சமாதானமில்லை. The spoilers are come upon all high places through the wilderness: for the sword of the LORD shall devour from the one end of the land even to the other end of the land: no flesh shall have peace.

13 கோதுமையை விதைத்தார்கள், முள்ளுகளை அறுப்பார்கள்; பிரயாசப்படுவார்கள், பிரயோஜனமடையார்கள்; கர்த்தருடைய உக்கிரகோபத்தினால் உங்களுக்கு வரும்பலனைக்குறித்து வெட்கப்படுங்கள். They have sown wheat, but shall reap thorns: they have put themselves to pain, but shall not profit: and they shall be ashamed of your revenues because of the fierce anger of the LORD.

14 இதோ நான் என் ஜனமாகிய இஸ்ரவேலுக்குக் காணியாட்சியாகக்கொடுத்த என் சுதந்தரத்தைத் தொடுகிற துஷ்டரான அயலார் அனைவரையும் தங்கள் தேசத்தில் இராதபடிக்குப் பிடுங்கிப்போடுவேன் என்று, கர்த்தர் அவர்களைக்குறித்துச் சொல்லுகிறார்; யூதா வம்சத்தாரையும் அவர்கள் நடுவில் இராதபடிக்குப் பிடுங்கிப்போடுவேன். Thus saith the LORD against all mine evil neighbours, that touch the inheritance which I have caused my people Israel to inherit; Behold, I will pluck them out of their land, and pluck out the house of Judah from among them.

15 அவர்களை நான் பிடுங்கிப்போட்டபிற்பாடு, நான் திரும்பவும் அவர்கள்மேல் இரங்கி, அவர்களைத் தங்கள் தங்கள் சுதந்தரத்துக்கும் தங்கள் தங்கள் பூமிக்கும் திரும்பப்பண்ணுவேன். And it shall come to pass, after that I have plucked them out I will return, and have compassion on them, and will bring them again, every man to his heritage, and every man to his land.

16 அப்புறம் அவர்கள் என் ஜனத்துக்குப் பாகாலின்மேல் ஆணையிடக் கற்றுக்கொடுத்ததுபோல, கர்த்தருடைய ஜீவனைக்கொண்டு என்று சொல்லி, என் நாமத்தின்மேல் ஆணையிடும்படி என் ஜனத்தின் வழிகளை நன்றாய்க் கற்றுக்கொண்டால், அவர்கள் என் ஜனத்தின் நடுவிலே ஊன்றக்கட்டப்படுவார்கள். And it shall come to pass, if they will diligently learn the ways of my people, to swear by my name, The LORD liveth; as they taught my people to swear by Baal; then shall they be built in the midst of my people.

17 கேளார்களேயாகில், நான் அப்படிப்பட்ட ஜாதியை வேரோடே பிடுங்கிப்போட்டு அழித்துவிடுவேன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார். But if they will not obey, I will utterly pluck up and destroy that nation, saith the LORD.

1 Karththaavae ummotae naan valakkaadapponaal, thaevareer neethiyullavaraamae; aakilum ummutaiya niyaayangalaik kuriththu ummotae naan paesumpati vaenndukiraேn; aakaathavarkalin vali vaaykkirathenna? Thurokanjaெythuvarukira anaivarum sukiththirukkirathenna? Righteous art thou, O LORD, when I plead with thee: yet let me talk with thee of thy judgments: Wherefore doth the way of the wicked prosper? wherefore are all they happy that deal very treacherously?

2 Neer avarkalai naattineer, vaerpattith thaeripponaarkal, kaniyum kodukkiraarkal; neer avarkal vaaykkuch sameepamum, avarkal ullinthiriyangalukko thooramumaayirukkireer. Thou hast planted them, yea, they have taken root: they grow, yea, they bring forth fruit: thou art near in their mouth, and far from their reins.

3 Karththaavae, neer ennai arinthirukkireer, ennaik kaannkireer; en iruthayam umakku munpaaka eppatippattathentu sothiththu arikireer; atikkappadum aadukalaippola avarkalaip pidungippottu kolainaalukku avarkalai niyamiyum. But thou, O LORD, knowest me: thou hast seen me, and tried mine heart toward thee: pull them out like sheep for the slaughter, and prepare them for the day of slaughter.

4 Enthamattum thaesam pulampi, ellaa veliyin pullum vaati, athin kutikalutaiya pollaappinimiththam mirukangalum paravaikalum aliyavaenndum! Engal mutivai avan kaannpathillaiyenkiraarkal. How long shall the land mourn, and the herbs of every field wither, for the wickedness of them that dwell therein? the beasts are consumed, and the birds; because they said, He shall not see our last end.

5 Nee kaalaatkalotae odumpothae unnai ilaikkappannnninaarkalaanaal, kuthiraikalotae eppatich sernthu oduvaay? Samaathaanamulla thaesaththilaeyae nee ataikkalam thaetinaal, yorthaan piravaakiththu varumpothu nee ennaseyvaay? If thou hast run with the footmen, and they have wearied thee, then how canst thou contend with horses? and if in the land of peace, wherein thou trustedst, they wearied thee, then how wilt thou do in the swelling of Jordan?

6 Un sakothararum, un thakappanvamsaththaarum unakku thurokampannnni, avarkalum unnaip pinthodarnthu mikavum aaravaarampannnninaarkal; avarkal unnotae iniya vaarththaikalaip paesinaalum avarkalai nampavaenndaam. For even thy brethren, and the house of thy father, even they have dealt treacherously with thee; yea, they have called a multitude after thee: believe them not, though they speak fair words unto thee.

7 Naan en veettaை vittuvittaேn, en suthantharaththai nekilavittaேn; en aaththumaa naesiththavalai avanutaiya saththuruvin kaiyilae oppukkoduththaen. I have forsaken mine house, I have left mine heritage; I have given the dearly beloved of my soul into the hand of her enemies.

8 En suthantharam kaattilulla singaththaippola enakkaayittaு: athu enakku virothamaay kerchchikkirathu; aathalaal athai veraுkkiraேn. Mine heritage is unto me as a lion in the forest; it crieth out against me: therefore have I hated it.

9 En suthantharam palavarunamaana patchiyaippola enakkaayittaு; aakaiyaal, patchikal athaich suttilum varuvathaaka; veliyil sakala jeevankalae athaip patchikkumpati kootivaarungal. Mine heritage is unto me as a speckled bird, the birds round about are against her; come ye, assemble all the beasts of the field, come to devour.

10 Anaeka maeypparkal en thiraatchaththottaththai aliththu, en pangaik kaalaal mithiththu en piriyamaana pangaip paalaana vanaantharamaakkinaarkal. Many pastors have destroyed my vineyard, they have trodden my portion under foot, they have made my pleasant portion a desolate wilderness.

11 Athaip paalaakkivittarkal; paalaayk kidakkira athu ennai Nnokkip pulampukirathu; thaesamellaam paalaayittaு; oruvanum athai manathilae vaikkirathillai. They have made it desolate, and being desolate it mourneth unto me; the whole land is made desolate, because no man layeth it to heart.

12 Kollaikkaarar vanaantharaththilulla ellaa uyarnilangalinmaelum varukiraarkal; karththarutaiya pattayam thaesaththin orumunaithodangith thaesaththin maraுmunaimattum patchiththukkonntirukkum; maamsamaakiya ontukkum samaathaanamillai. 13 Kothumaiyai vithaiththaarkal, mullukalai araுppaarkal; pirayaasappaduvaarkal, pirayojanamataiyaarkal; karththarutaiya ukkirakopaththinaal ungalukku varumpalanaikkuriththu vetkappadungal. They have sown wheat, but shall reap thorns: they have put themselves to pain, but shall not profit: and they shall be ashamed of your revenues because of the fierce anger of the LORD.

14 Itho naan en janamaakiya isravaelukkuk kaanniyaatchiyaakakkoduththa en suthantharaththaith thodukira thushdaraana ayalaar anaivaraiyum thangal thaesaththil iraathapatikkup pidungippoduvaen entu, Karththar avarkalaikkuriththuch sollukiraar; yoothaa vamsaththaaraiyum avarkal naduvil iraathapatikkup pidungippoduvaen. Thus saith the LORD against all mine evil neighbours, that touch the inheritance which I have caused my people Israel to inherit; Behold, I will pluck them out of their land, and pluck out the house of Judah from among them.

15 Avarkalai naan pidungippottapirpaadu, naan thirumpavum avarkalmael irangi, avarkalaith thangal thangal suthantharaththukkum thangal thangal poomikkum thirumpappannnuvaen. And it shall come to pass, after that I have plucked them out I will return, and have compassion on them, and will bring them again, every man to his heritage, and every man to his land.

16 Appuram avarkal en janaththukkup paakaalinmael aannaiyidak kattaுkkoduththathupola, karththarutaiya jeevanaikkonndu entu solli, en naamaththinmael aannaiyidumpati en janaththin valikalai nantayk kattaுkkonndaal, avarkal en janaththin naduvilae oontakkattappaduvaarkal. And it shall come to pass, if they will diligently learn the ways of my people, to swear by my name, The LORD liveth; as they taught my people to swear by Baal; then shall they be built in the midst of my people.

17 Kaelaarkalaeyaakil, naan appatippatta jaathiyai vaerotae pidungippottu aliththuviduvaen entu Karththar sollukiraar. But if they will not obey, I will utterly pluck up and destroy that nation, saith the LORD.
