வடக்கேயிருக்கிற எல்லா ராஜாக்களுக்கும், சமீபமானவர்களும் தூரமானவர்களுமாகிய அவரவர்களுக்கும், பூமியின்மீதிலுள்ள சகலதேசத்து ராஜாக்களுக்கும் குடிக்கக்கொடுத்தேன்; சேசாக்கு என்கிற ராஜாவும் அவர்களுக்குப் பிற்பாடு குடிப்பான் என்றார்.

வடநாட்டிலுள்ள அருகிலும் தொலைவிலுமுள்ள அனைத்து அரசர்களையும் கோப்பையிலிருந்து குடிக்கச் செய்தேன். அவர்களை ஒருவருக்குப் பின் ஒருவராகக் குடிக்கச் செய்தேன். பூமியிலுள்ள அனைத்து ராஜ்யங்களையும் கர்த்தருடைய கோபமாகிய கோப்பையைக் குடிக்கும்படிச் செய்தேன். ஆனால், “சேசாக்கு” (பாபிலோன்) அரசன் அனைத்து நாடுகளுக்கும் பிறகு இக்கோப்பையிலிருந்து குடிப்பான்.
