அத்தீர்க்கதரிசிகள், “உங்கள் வாழ்க்கையை மாற்றுங்கள். அத்தீயச் செயல்களைச் செய்வதை நிறுத்துங்கள்! நீங்கள் மாறினால், பிறகு, கர்த்தர் உங்களுக்கும் உங்கள் முற்பிதாக்களுக்கும் நீண்ட காலத்திற்கு முன்பே கொடுத்த நாட்டிற்குத் திரும்பி வருவீர்கள். அவர் அந்த நாட்டை நீங்கள் என்றென்றும் வாழும்படி தந்தார்.

Turn ye again שֽׁוּבוּ šûb shoov
now נָ֞א nāʾ na
every one אִ֣ישׁ ʾîš eesh
way, מִדַּרְכּ֤וֹ derek deh-REK
from his evil הָֽרָעָה֙ raʿ ra
and from the evil וּמֵרֹ֣עַ rōaʿ ROH-ah
of your doings, מַעַלְלֵיכֶ֔ם maʿălāl ma-uh-LAHL
and dwell וּשְׁבוּ֙ yāšab ya-SHAHV
in עַל ʿal al
the land הָ֣אֲדָמָ֔ה ʾădāmâ uh-da-MA
that אֲשֶׁ֨ר ʾăšer uh-SHER
hath given נָתַ֧ן nātan na-TAHN
the Lord יְהוָ֛ה yĕhōwâ yeh-hoh-VA
