இவைகளை நான் உனக்கு மன்னிப்பது எப்படி? உன் பிள்ளைகள் என்னை விட்டுவிட்டு, தெய்வம் அல்லாதவைகள்பேரில் ஆணையிடுகிறார்கள்; நான் திருப்தியாக்கின அவர்கள் விபசாரம்பண்ணி வேசிவீட்டிலே கூட்டங்கூடுகிறார்கள்

மலைகள் விலகினாலும், மலைகள் நிலைபெயர்ந்தாலும், என் கிருபை உன்னைவிட்டு விலகாமலும், என் சமாதானத்தின் உடன்படிக்கை நிலைபெயராமலும் இருக்கும் என்று, உன்மேல் மனதுருகுகிற கர்த்தர் சொல்கிறார்.

கர்த்தர் கூறுகிறார், “மலைகள் மறைந்து போகலாம்! குன்றுகள் புழுதி (தூள்) ஆகலாம்! ஆனால், எனது தயவு உன்னைவிட்டு விலகாது! நான் உன்னோடு சமாதானம் செய்துகொள்வேன். அது எப்பொழுதும் முடிவுபெறாது” கர்த்தர் உன்மீது இரக்கம் காட்டுகிறார். இவற்றையெல்லாம் சொன்னவர் அவர் ஒருவரே.
