இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனும் இஸ்ரவேலின் கன்மலையுமானவர் எனக்குச் சொல்லி உரைத்ததாவது: நீதிபதியாக மனிதர்களை ஆட்சி செய்து, தெய்வபயத்தோடு ஆளுகிறவர் இருப்பார்.
