அவர்களோ கவனிக்க மனதில்லாமல் தங்கள் தோளை முரட்டுத்தனமாய் விலக்கி, கேளாதபடிக்குத் தங்கள்செவிகளை அடைத்துக்கொண்டார்கள்.

and pulled away וַיִּתְּנ֥וּ nātan na-TAHN

סֹרָ֑רֶת sārar sa-RAHR
their ears, וְאָזְנֵיהֶ֖ם ʾōzen oh-ZEN
and stopped הִכְבִּ֥ידוּ kābad ka-VAHD
