1பத்தாம் வருஷம் பத்தாம் மாதம் பன்னிரண்டாந்தேதியிலே கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தை எனக்கு உண்டாகி, அவர்:In the tenth year, in the tenth month, in the twelfth day of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2மனுபுத்திரனே, நீ எகிப்தின் ராஜாவாகிய பார்வோனுக்கு எதிராக உன் முகத்தைத் திருப்பி, அவனுக்கும் எகிப்து முழுவதுக்கும் விரோதமாய்த் தீர்க்கதரிசனம் உரைத்து, சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்:Son of man, set thy face against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and prophesy against him, and against all Egypt:
3கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறார் எகிப்தின் ராஜாவாகிய பார்வோனே, நீ உன் நதிகளின் நடுவிலே படுத்துக்கொண்டு என் நதி என்னுடையது, நான் அதை எனக்காக உண்டுபண்ணினேன் என்று சொல்லுகிற பெரிய முதலையே, இதோ, நான் உனக்கு விரோதமாய் வந்து,Speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon that lieth in the midst of his rivers, which hath said, My river is mine own, and I have made it for myself.
4உன் வாயிலே துறடுகளை மாட்டி உன் நதிகளின் மச்சங்களை உன் செதிள்களில் ஒட்டிக்கொள்ளும்படி செய்து, உன்னை உன் நதிகளின் நடுவிலிருந்து தூக்கிவிடுவேன்; உன் நதிகளின் மச்சங்களெல்லாம் உன் செதில்களில் ஒட்டிக்கொண்டிருக்கும்.But I will put hooks in thy jaws, and I will cause the fish of thy rivers to stick unto thy scales, and I will bring thee up out of the midst of thy rivers, and all the fish of thy rivers shall stick unto thy scales.
5உன்னையும் உன் நதிகளின் எல்லா மச்சங்களையும் வனாந்தரத்திலே போட்டுவிடுவேன்; வெட்டவெளியிலே விழுவாய்; நீ சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளப்படுவதில்லை; உன்னை பூமியின் மிருகங்களுக்கும் ஆகாயத்தின் பறவைகளுக்கும் இரையாகக் கொடுப்பேன்.And I will leave thee thrown into the wilderness, thee and all the fish of thy rivers: thou shalt fall upon the open fields; thou shalt not be brought together, nor gathered: I have given thee for meat to the beasts of the field and to the fowls of the heaven.
6அப்பொழுது எகிப்துதேசத்தின் குடிகளெல்லாரும் நான் கர்த்தர் என்று அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள்; அவர்கள் இஸ்ரவேல் வம்சத்தாருக்கு நாணற்கோலாயிருந்தார்களே.And all the inhabitants of Egypt shall know that I am the LORD, because they have been a staff of reed to the house of Israel.
7அவர்கள் உன்னைக் கையிலே பிடிக்கும்போது, நீ ஒடிந்துபோய், அவர்கள் விலாவையெல்லாம் பிளப்பாய்; அவர்கள் உன்மேல் சாயும்போது, நீ முறிந்து, அவர்கள் இடுப்பு முழுவதையும் மரத்துப்போகப்பண்ணுவாய்.When they took hold of thee by thy hand, thou didst break, and rend all their shoulder: and when they leaned upon thee, thou brakest, and madest all their loins to be at a stand.
8ஆகையால் கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: இதோ, நான் உன்மேல் பட்டயத்தைவரப்பண்ணி, உன்னில் மனுஷரையும் மிருகங்களையும் சங்காரம்பண்ணுவேன்.Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will bring a sword upon thee, and cut off man and beast out of thee.
9எகிப்து தேசம் பாழும் வனாந்தரமுமாகும்; அப்பொழுது நான் கர்த்தர் என்று அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள் நதி என்னுடையது, நான் அதை உண்டாக்கினேன் என்று சொன்னானே.And the land of Egypt shall be desolate and waste; and they shall know that I am the LORD: because he hath said, The river is mine, and I have made it.
10ஆகையால், இதோ, நான் உனக்கும் உன் நதிகளுக்கும் விரோதமாக வந்து, மிக்தோல்முதல் எத்தியோப்பியாவின் எல்லையிலுள்ள செவெனேவரைக்கும் எகிப்துதேசத்தை அவாந்தரமும் பாழுமான வனாந்தரங்களாக்குவேன்.Behold, therefore I am against thee, and against thy rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt utterly waste and desolate, from the tower of Syene even unto the border of Ethiopia.
11மனுஷனுடைய கால் அதைக்கடப்பதுமில்லை மிருகஜீவனுடைய கால் அதை மிதிப்பதுமில்லை; அது நாற்பது வருஷம் குடியற்றிருக்கும்.No foot of man shall pass through it, nor foot of beast shall pass through it, neither shall it be inhabited forty years.
12எகிப்துதேசத்தைப் பாழாய்ப்போன தேசங்களின் நடுவிலே பாழாய்ப்போகப்பண்ணுவேன்; அதின் பட்டணங்கள் அவாந்தரமாக்கப்பட்ட பட்டணங்களின் நடுவிலே நாற்பதுவருஷம் பாழாய்க்கிடக்கும்; நான் எகிப்தியரை ஜாதிகளுக்குள்ளே சிதறடித்து, அவர்களை தேசங்களுக்குள்ளே தூற்றிவிடுவேன்.And I will make the land of Egypt desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities among the cities that are laid waste shall be desolate forty years: and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.
13கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: நாற்பதுவருஷம் முடியும்போது, நான் எகிப்தியரை அவர்கள் சிதறுண்டிருக்கிற ஜனங்களிடத்திலிருந்து சேர்த்துக்கொண்டு,Yet thus saith the Lord GOD; At the end of forty years will I gather the Egyptians from the people whither they were scattered:
14எகிப்தியரின் சிறையிருப்பைத் திருப்பி, அவர்களை அவர்களுடைய ஜநநதேசமாகிய பத்ரோஸ் தேசத்திலே திரும்பிவரப்பண்ணுவேன்; அங்கே அவர்கள் அற்ப ராஜ்யமாயிருப்பார்கள்.And I will bring again the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return into the land of Pathros, into the land of their habitation; and they shall be there a base kingdom.
15அது இனி ஜாதிகளின்மேல் தன்னை உயர்த்தாமல், மற்ற ராஜ்யங்களிலும் அற்பமானதாயிருக்கும்; அவர்கள் இனி ஜாதிகளை ஆளாதபடிக்கு அவர்களைக் குறுகிப்போகப்பண்ணுவேன்.It shall be the basest of the kingdoms; neither shall it exalt itself any more above the nations: for I will diminish them, that they shall no more rule over the nations.

17இருபΤ்தேழாம் வருஷம் முதலாம் மாதம் முதலாந்தேதியிலே, கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தை எனக்கு உண்டாகி, அவர்:And it came to pass in the seven and twentieth year, in the first month, in the first day of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
18மனுபுத்திரனே, பாபிலோன் ராஜாவாகிய நேபுகாத்நேச்சார் தீருவின் முன்னே தன் சேனையினிடத்தில் கடும் ஊழியம் வாங்கினான்; ஒவ்வொரு தலையும் மொட்டையாயிற்று; ஒவ்வொரு தோள்பட்டையின் தோலும் உரிந்துபோயிற்று; ஆனாலும் அவன் தீருவுக்கு விரோதமாகச் செய்த ஊழியத்தினாலே அவனுக்காவது அவன் சேனைக்காவது கூலி கிடைக்கவில்லை.Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon caused his army to serve a great service against Tyrus: every head was made bald, and every shoulder was peeled: yet had he no wages, nor his army, for Tyrus, for the service that he had served against it:
19ஆகையால் கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: இதோ நான் பாபிலோன் ராஜாவாகிய நேபுகாத்நேச்சாருக்கு எகிப்துதேசத்தைக் கொடுக்கிறேன்; அவன் அதின் ஏராளமான ஜனத்தைச் சிறைபிடித்து அதின் ஆஸ்தியைச் சூறையாடி அதின் கொள்ளைப்பொருளை எடுத்துக்கொள்வான்; இது அவனுடைய சேனைக்குக் கூலியாயிருக்கும்.Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will give the land of Egypt unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall take her multitude, and take her spoil, and take her prey; and it shall be the wages for his army.
20அவன் அதிலே செய்த வேலைக்கு எகிப்துதேசத்தை நான் அவனுக்குக் கூலியாகக் கொடுத்தேன்; எனக்காக அதைச் செய்தார்களென்று கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறார்.I have given him the land of Egypt for his labour wherewith he served against it, because they wrought for me, saith the Lord GOD.
21அந்நாளிலே நான் இஸ்ரவேல் வம்சத்தாரின் கொம்பை முளைக்கப்பண்ணி, அவர்கள் நடுவிலே தாராளமாய்ப் பேசும் வாயை உனக்குக் கட்டளையிடுவேன்; அப்பொழுது நான் கர்த்தர் என்று அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள் என்றார்.In that day will I cause the horn of the house of Israel to bud forth, and I will give thee the opening of the mouth in the midst of them; and they shall know that I am the LORD.

2Manupuththiranae, nee ekipthin raajaavaakiya paarvonukku ethiraaka un mukaththaith thiruppi, avanukkum ekipthu muluvathukkum virothamaayth theerkkatharisanam uraiththu, sollavaenntiyathu ennavental:Son of man, set thy face against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and prophesy against him, and against all Egypt:
3Karththaraakiya aanndavar sollukiraar ekipthin raajaavaakiya paarvonae, nee un nathikalin naduvilae paduththukkonndu en nathi ennutaiyathu, naan athai enakkaaka unndupannnninaen entu sollukira periya muthalaiyae, itho, naan unakku virothamaay vanthu,Speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon that lieth in the midst of his rivers, which hath said, My river is mine own, and I have made it for myself.
4Un vaayilae thuradukalai maatti un nathikalin machchangalai un sethilkalil ottikkollumpati seythu, unnai un nathikalin naduvilirunthu thookkividuvaen; un nathikalin machchangalellaam un sethilkalil ottikkonntirukkum.But I will put hooks in thy jaws, and I will cause the fish of thy rivers to stick unto thy scales, and I will bring thee up out of the midst of thy rivers, and all the fish of thy rivers shall stick unto thy scales.
5Unnaiyum un nathikalin ellaa machchangalaiyum vanaantharaththilae pottuviduvaen; vettaveliyilae viluvaay; nee serththukkollappaduvathillai; unnai poomiyin mirukangalukkum aakaayaththin paravaikalukkum iraiyaakak koduppaen.And I will leave thee thrown into the wilderness, thee and all the fish of thy rivers: thou shalt fall upon the open fields; thou shalt not be brought together, nor gathered: I have given thee for meat to the beasts of the field and to the fowls of the heaven.
6Appoluthu ekipthuthaesaththin kutikalellaarum naan Karththar entu arinthukolvaarkal; avarkal Israel vamsaththaarukku naanarkolaayirunthaarkalae.And all the inhabitants of Egypt shall know that I am the LORD, because they have been a staff of reed to the house of Israel.
7Avarkal unnaik kaiyilae pitikkumpothu, nee otinthupoy, avarkal vilaavaiyellaam pilappaay; avarkal unmael saayumpothu, nee murinthu, avarkal iduppu muluvathaiyum maraththuppokappannnuvaay.When they took hold of thee by thy hand, thou didst break, and rend all their shoulder: and when they leaned upon thee, thou brakest, and madest all their loins to be at a stand.
8Aakaiyaal karththaraakiya aanndavar sollukirathu ennavental: itho, naan unmael pattayaththaivarappannnni, unnil manusharaiyum mirukangalaiyum sangaarampannnuvaen.Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will bring a sword upon thee, and cut off man and beast out of thee.
9Ekipthu thaesam paalum vanaantharamumaakum; appoluthu naan Karththar entu arinthukolvaarkal nathi ennutaiyathu, naan athai unndaakkinaen entu sonnaanae.And the land of Egypt shall be desolate and waste; and they shall know that I am the LORD: because he hath said, The river is mine, and I have made it.
10Aakaiyaal, itho, naan unakkum un nathikalukkum virothamaaka vanthu, miktholmuthal eththiyoppiyaavin ellaiyilulla sevenaevaraikkum ekipthuthaesaththai avaantharamum paalumaana vanaantharangalaakkuvaen.Behold, therefore I am against thee, and against thy rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt utterly waste and desolate, from the tower of Syene even unto the border of Ethiopia.
11Manushanutaiya kaal athaikkadappathumillai mirukajeevanutaiya kaal athai mithippathumillai; athu naarpathu varusham kutiyattirukkum.No foot of man shall pass through it, nor foot of beast shall pass through it, neither shall it be inhabited forty years.

13Karththaraakiya aanndavar sollukirathu ennavental: naarpathuvarusham mutiyumpothu, naan ekipthiyarai avarkal sitharaுnntirukkira janangalidaththilirunthu serththukkonndu,Yet thus saith the Lord GOD; At the end of forty years will I gather the Egyptians from the people whither they were scattered:
14Ekipthiyarin siraiyiruppaith thiruppi, avarkalai avarkalutaiya jananathaesamaakiya pathros thaesaththilae thirumpivarappannnuvaen; angae avarkal arpa raajyamaayiruppaarkal.And I will bring again the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return into the land of Pathros, into the land of their habitation; and they shall be there a base kingdom.

20Avan athilae seytha vaelaikku ekipthuthaesaththai naan avanukkuk kooliyaakak koduththaen; enakkaaka athaich seythaarkalentu karththaraakiya aanndavar sollukiraar.I have given him the land of Egypt for his labour wherewith he served against it, because they wrought for me, saith the Lord GOD.
