என்றாலும், தேவனுடைய கிருபையினால் ஒவ்வொருவருக்காகவும், மரணத்தை ருசிபார்க்கும்படிக்கு தேவதூதரிலும் சற்றுச் சிறியவராக்கப்பட்டிருந்த இயேசு மரணத்தை உத்தரித்ததினிமித்தம் மகிமையினாலும் கனத்தினாலும் முடிசூட்டப்பட்டதைக் காண்கிறோம்.

அப்பொழுது சீரியாவின் ராஜா: நல்லது போகலாம், இஸ்ரவேலின் ராஜாவிற்கு கடிதம் தருகிறேன் என்றான்; அப்படியே அவன் தன் கையிலே பத்துத்தாலந்து வெள்ளியையும், ஆறாயிரம் சேக்கல் எடையுள்ள பொன்னையும், பத்து மாற்றுஉடைகளையும் எடுத்துக்கொண்டுபோய்,

ஆராமின் அரசனும், “இப்போதே செல், நானும் இஸ்ரவேல் அரசனுக்கு ஒரு கடிதம் எழுதி அனுப்புகிறேன்” என்றான். எனவே நாகமான் இஸ்ரவேலுக்குச் சென்றான். தன்னோடு சில அன்பளிப்புகளாக 750 பவுண்டு வெள்ளி, 6,000 தங்கத்துண்டுகள், 10 மாற்றுத்துணிகள் ஆகியவற்றை எடுத்துச் சென்றான்.
