யாத்திராகமம் 40:35
மேகம் அதின்மேல் தங்கி, கர்த்தருடைய மகிமை வாசஸ்தலத்தை நிரப்பினதினால், மோசே ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்துக்குள் பிரவேசிக்கக் கூடாமல் இருந்தது.

1 இராஜாக்கள் 8:11
மேகத்தினிமித்தம் ஆசாரியர்கள் ஊழியஞ்செய்கிறதற்கு நிற்கக் கூடாமற்போயிற்று; கர்த்தருடைய மகிமை கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்தை நிரப்பிற்று.

லேவியராகமம் 16:2
கிருபாசனத்தின்மேல் ஒரு மேகத்தில் நான் காணப்படுவேன்; ஆதலால் உன் சகோதரனாகிய ஆரோன் சாகாதபடி, பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்திலே திரைக்கு உட்புறத்திலிருக்கிற பெட்டியின்மேலுள்ள கிருபாசன மூடிக்கு முன்பாகச் சகல வேளையிலும் வரவேண்டாம் என்று அவனுக்குச் சொல்.

அவர்கள் ஒருமிக்கப் பூரிகைகளை ஊதி, ஏகசத்தமாய்க் கர்த்தரைத் துதித்து ஸ்தோத்திரித்துப் பாடினார்கள்; ஆசாரியர் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்திலிருந்து புறப்படுகையிலும், பாடகர் பூரிகைள் தாளங்கள் கீதவாத்தியங்களுடைய சத்தத்தைத் தொனிக்கப்பண்ணி கர்த்தர் நல்லவர் அவர் கிருபை என்றுமுள்ளதென்று அவரை ஸ்தோத்திரிக்கையிலும், கர்த்தருடைய வீடாகிய தேவாலயம் மேகத்தினால் நிறையப்பட்டது.

கர்த்தருடைய மகிமை கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்தை நிரப்பினதினால், ஆசாரியர்கள் கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்துக்குள் பிரவேசிக்கக் கூடாதிருந்தது.

கூப்பிடுகிறவர்களின் சத்தத்தால் வாசல்களின் நிலைகள் அசைந்து, ஆலயம் புகையினால் நிறைந்தது.
