மனுபுத்திரனே, நீ எகிப்தினுடைய ஏராளமான ஜனத்தினிமித்தம் புலம்பி, அவர்களையும் பிரபலமான ஜாதிகளின் குமாரத்திகளையும் குழியில் இறங்கினவர்கள் அண்டையிலே பூமியின் தாழ்விடங்களில் தள்ளிவிடு.

wail נְהֵ֛ה nāhâ na-HA
for עַל ʿal al
the multitude הֲמ֥וֹן hāmôn ha-MONE
of Egypt, מִצְרַ֖יִם miṣrayim meets-ra-YEEM
and cast them down, וְהוֹרִדֵ֑הוּ yārad ya-RAHD
א֠וֹתָהּ ʾēt ate
her, and the daughters וּבְנ֨וֹת bat baht
nations, גּוֹיִ֧ם gôy ɡoy
of the famous אַדִּרִ֛ם ʾaddîr ah-DEER
unto אֶל ʾēl ale
of the earth, אֶ֥רֶץ ʾereṣ eh-RETS
the nether parts תַּחְתִּיּ֖וֹת taḥtî tahk-TEE
