பறந்து காக்கிற பட்சிகளைப்போல, சேனைகளின் கர்த்தர் எருசலேமின்மேல் ஆதரவாக இருப்பார்; அவர் அதைக் காத்துத் தப்பப்பண்ணுவார்; அவர் கடந்துவந்து அதை விடுவிப்பார்.

சர்வ வல்லமையுள்ள கர்த்தர் எருசலேமை பறவைகள் கூட்டுக்குமேல் பறப்பதைப்போன்று காப்பாற்றுவார். அவளைக் கர்த்தர் காப்பாற்றுவார். கர்த்தர் “கடந்து வந்து” எருசலேமைக் காப்பாற்றுவார்.

As birds flying, so will the LORD of hosts defend Jerusalem; defending also he will deliver it; and passing over he will preserve it.

As birds hovering, so will Jehovah of hosts protect Jerusalem; he will protect and deliver `it', he will pass over and preserve `it'.

will the Lord יְהוָ֥ה yĕhōwâ yeh-hoh-VA
of hosts צְבָא֖וֹת ṣābāʾ tsa-VA
עַל ʿal al
Jerusalem; יְרֽוּשָׁלִָ֑ם yĕrûšālaim yeh-roo-sha-la-EEM

also he will deliver וְהִצִּ֖יל nāṣal na-TSAHL
