1 இராஜாக்கள் 12:7
அதற்கு அவர்கள்: நீர் இன்று இந்த ஜனங்களுக்கு சேவகனாகி, அவர்களுக்கு இணங்கி, அவர்கள் சொற்படி செய்து, மறுமொழியாக நல்வார்த்தைகளைச் சொல்வீரானால், எந்நாளும் அவர்கள் உமக்கு ஊழியக்காரராயிருப்பார்கள் என்றார்கள்.

அதற்கு அவர்கள்: நீர் இன்று இந்த மக்களுக்கு வேலைக்காரனாகி, அவர்களைப் பணிந்து, அவர்களுடைய சொற்படி செய்து, மறுமொழியாக நல்வார்த்தைகளைச் சொல்வீரானால், எப்போதும் அவர்கள் உமக்கு வேலைக்காரர்களாக இருப்பார்கள் என்றார்கள்.

him, saying, לֵאמֹ֗ר ʾāmar ah-MAHR
If אִם ʾim eem
this day, הַ֠יּוֹם yôm yome
thou wilt be תִּֽהְיֶה hāyâ ha-YA
a servant עֶ֜בֶד ʿebed eh-VED
people לָעָ֤ם ʿam am
unto this הַזֶּה֙ ze zeh
and wilt serve וַֽעֲבַדְתָּ֔ם ʿābad ah-VAHD
them, and answer וַֽעֲנִיתָ֕ם ʿānâ ah-NA
them, and speak וְדִבַּרְתָּ֥ dābar da-VAHR
to אֲלֵיהֶ֖ם ʾēl ale
words דְּבָרִ֣ים dābār da-VAHR
good טוֹבִ֑ים ṭôb tove
them, then they will be וְהָי֥וּ hāyâ ha-YA
לְךָ֛
