Exodus 9 in Tamil

1 பின்பு, கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: நீ பார்வோனிடத்தில் போய்: எனக்கு ஆராதனை செய்ய என் ஜனங்களைப் போகவிடு. Then the LORD said unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh, and tell him, Thus saith the LORD God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me.

2 நீ அவர்களை விடமாட்டேன் என்று இன்னும் நிறுத்தி வைத்தாயாகில், For if thou refuse to let them go, and wilt hold them still,

3 கர்த்தருடைய கரம் வெளியிலிருக்கிற உன் மிருகஜீவன்களாகிய குதிரைகளின்மேலும் கழுதைகளின்மேலும் ஒட்டகங்களின்மேலும் ஆடுமாடுகளின் மேலும் இருக்கும்; மகா கொடிதான கொள்ளைநோய் உண்டாகும். Behold, the hand of the LORD is upon thy cattle which is in the field, upon the horses, upon the asses, upon the camels, upon the oxen, and upon the sheep: there shall be a very grievous murrain.

4 கர்த்தர் இஸ்ரவேலரின் மிருகஜீவன்களுக்கும் எகிப்தியரின் மிருகஜீவன்களுக்கும் வித்தியாசம் பண்ணுவார்; இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்கு உரியவைகள் எல்லாவற்றிலும் ஒன்றும் சாவதில்லை என்றார். And the LORD shall sever between the cattle of Israel and the cattle of Egypt: and there shall nothing die of all that is the children's of Israel.

5 மேலும், நாளைக்குக் கர்த்தர் இந்தக் காரியத்தை தேசத்தில் செய்வார் என்று சொல்லி, கர்த்தர் ஒரு காலத்தைக் குறித்தார் என்றும், எபிரெயருடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார் என்றும் அவனிடத்தில் சொல் என்றார். And the LORD appointed a set time, saying, To morrow the LORD shall do this thing in the land.

6 மறுநாளில் கர்த்தர் அந்தக் காரியத்தைச் செய்தார்; எகிப்தியருடைய மிருகஜீவன்கள் எல்லாம் செத்துப்போயிற்று; இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரின் மிருகஜீவன்களில் ஒன்றாகிலும் சாகவில்லை. And the LORD did that thing on the morrow, and all the cattle of Egypt died: but of the cattle of the children of Israel died not one.

7 பார்வோன் விசாரித்து, இஸ்ரவேலரின் மிருகஜீவன்களில் ஒன்றாகிலும் சாகவில்லை என்று அறிந்தான். பார்வோனுடைய இருதயமோ கடினப்பட்டது; அவன் ஜனங்களைப் போகவிடவில்லை. And Pharaoh sent, and, behold, there was not one of the cattle of the Israelites dead. And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, and he did not let the people go.

8 அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் மோசேயையும் ஆரோனையும் நோக்கி: உங்கள் கைப்பிடி நிறைய சூளையின் சாம்பலை அள்ளிக் கொள்ளுங்கள்; மோசே அதைப் பார்வோனுடைய கண்களுக்குமுன் வானத்திற்கு நேராக இறைக்கக்கடவன். And the LORD said unto Moses and unto Aaron, Take to you handfuls of ashes of the furnace, and let Moses sprinkle it toward the heaven in the sight of Pharaoh.

9 அது எகிப்து தேசம் மீதெங்கும் தூசியாகி, எகிப்து தேசமெங்கும் மனிதர் மேலும் மிருக ஜீவன்கள் மேலும் எரிபந்தமான கொப்புளங்களை எழும்பப் பண்ணும் என்றார். And it shall become small dust in all the land of Egypt, and shall be a boil breaking forth with blains upon man, and upon beast, throughout all the land of Egypt.

10 அப்படியே அவர்கள் சூளையின் சாம்பலை அள்ளிக்கொண்டு, பார்வோனுக்கு முன்பாக வந்து நின்றார்கள். மோசே அதை வானத்துக்கு நேராக இறைத்தான்; அப்பொழுது மனிதர் மேலும் மிருக ஜீவன்கள் மேலும் எரிபந்தமான கொப்புளங்கள் எழும்பிற்று. And they took ashes of the furnace, and stood before Pharaoh; and Moses sprinkled it up toward heaven; and it became a boil breaking forth with blains upon man, and upon beast.

11 அந்தக் கொப்புளங்கள் மந்திரவாதிகள் மேலும் எகிப்தியர் எல்லார் மேலும் உண்டானதினால், அந்தக் கொப்புளங்கள் நிமித்தம் மந்திரவாதிகளும் மோசேக்கு முன்பாக நிற்கக் கூடாதிருந்தது. And the magicians could not stand before Moses because of the boils; for the boil was upon the magicians, and upon all the Egyptians.

12 ஆனாலும், கர்த்தர் மோசேயோடே சொல்லியிருந்தபடியே, கர்த்தர் பார்வோனின் இருதயத்தைக் கடினப்படுத்தினார்; அவன் அவர்களுக்குச் செவிகொடுக்கவில்லை. And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had spoken unto Moses.

13 அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: நீ அதிகாலமே எழுந்திருந்து போய், பார்வோனுக்கு முன்பாக நின்று; எனக்கு ஆராதனை செய்ய என் ஜனங்களை அனுப்பிவிடு. And the LORD said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me.

14 விடாதிருந்தால், பூமியெங்கும் என்னைப் போல வேறொருவரும் இல்லை என்பதை நீ அறியும்படிக்கு, இந்தமுறை நான் சகலவித வாதைகளையும் உன் இருதயத்திலும், உன் ஊழியக்காரர் மேலும் உன் ஜனங்கள் மேலும் அனுப்புவேன். For I will at this time send all my plagues upon thine heart, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people; that thou mayest know that there is none like me in all the earth.

15 நீ பூமியில் இராமல் நாசமாய்ப் போகும்படி நான் என் கையை நீட்டி, உன்னையும் உன் ஜனங்களையும் கொள்ளை நோயினால் வாதிப்பேன். For now I will stretch out my hand, that I may smite thee and thy people with pestilence; and thou shalt be cut off from the earth.

16 என்னுடைய வல்லமையை உன்னிடத்தில் காண்பிக்கும்படியாகவும், என் நாமம் பூமியிலெங்கும் பிரஸ்தாபமாகும்படியாகவும் உன்னை நிலைநிறுத்தினேன். And in very deed for this cause have I raised thee up, for to show in thee my power; and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth.

17 நீ என் ஜனங்களைப் போகவிடாமல், இன்னும் அவர்களுக்கு விரோதமாய் உன்னை உயர்த்துகிறாயா? As yet exaltest thou thyself against my people, that thou wilt not let them go?

18 எகிப்து தோன்றிய நாள்முதல் இதுவரைக்கும் அதில் பெய்யாத மிகவும் கொடிய கல்மழையை நாளை இந்நேரம் பெய்யப் பண்ணுவேன். Behold, to morrow about this time I will cause it to rain a very grievous hail, such as hath not been in Egypt since the foundation thereof even until now.

19 இப்பொழுதே ஆள் அனுப்பி, உன் மிருக ஜீவன்களையும் வெளியில் உனக்கு இருக்கிற யாவையும் சேர்த்துக்கொள்; வீட்டிலே சேர்க்கப்படாமல் வெளியிலிருக்கும் ஒவ்வொரு மனிதனும் மிருகமும் செத்துப்போகத்தக்கதாய் அந்தக் கல்மழை பெய்யும் என்று எபிரெயரின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார் என்று அவனுக்குச் சொல் என்றார் Send therefore now, and gather thy cattle, and all that thou hast in the field; for upon every man and beast which shall be found in the field, and shall not be brought home, the hail shall come down upon them, and they shall die.

20 பார்வோனுடைய ஊழியக்காரரில் எவன் கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தைக்குப் பயப்பட்டானோ, அவன் தன் வேலைக்காரரையும் தன் மிருகஜீவன்களையும் வீடுகளுக்கு ஓடிவரப் பண்ணினான். He that feared the word of the LORD among the servants of Pharaoh made his servants and his cattle flee into the houses:

21 எவன் கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தையை மதியாமற் போனானோ, அவன் தன் வேலைக்காரரையும் தன் மிருகஜீவன்களையும் வெளியிலே விட்டுவிட்டான். And he that regarded not the word of the LORD left his servants and his cattle in the field.

22 அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: எகிப்து தேசம் எங்கும் மனிதர் மேலும் மிருகஜீவன்கள் மேலும் எகிப்து தேசத்திலிருக்கிற சகலவிதமான பயிர்வகைகள் மேலும் கல் மழை பெய்ய, உன் கையை வானத்திற்கு நேராக நீட்டு என்றார். And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch forth thine hand toward heaven, that there may be hail in all the land of Egypt, upon man, and upon beast, and upon every herb of the field, throughout the land of Egypt.

23 அப்படியே மோசே தன் கோலை வானத்திற்கு நேராக நீட்டினான். அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் இடிமுழக்கங்களையும் கல்மழையையும் அனுப்பினார்; அக்கினி தரையின்மேல் வேகமாய் ஓடிற்று, எகிப்து தேசத்தின்மேல் கர்த்தர் கல்மழையைப் பெய்யப்பண்ணினார். And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and the LORD sent thunder and hail, and the fire ran along upon the ground; and the LORD rained hail upon the land of Egypt.

24 கல்மழையும் கல்மழையோடே கலந்த அக்கினியும் மிகவும் கொடிதாயிருந்தது; எகிப்து தேசம் குடியேற்றப்பட்ட நாள்முதல் அதில் அப்படி ஒருபோதும் உண்டானதில்லை. So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as there was none like it in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation.

25 எகிப்துதேசம் எங்கும் மனிதரையும் மிருகஜீவன்களையும், வெளியிலே இருந்தவைகள் எவைகளோ அவைகள் எல்லாவற்றையும் அந்தக் கல்மழை அழித்துப்போட்டது; அது வெளியின் பயிர்வகைகளையெல்லாம் அழித்து, வெளியின் மரங்களையெல்லாம் முறித்துப்போட்டது. And the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and beast; and the hail smote every herb of the field, and brake every tree of the field.

26 இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் இருந்த கோசேன் நாட்டிலேமாத்திரம் கல்மழை இல்லாதிருந்தது. Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, was there no hail.

27 அப்பொழுது பார்வோன் மோசேயையும் ஆரோனையும் அழைப்பித்து; நான் இந்த முறை பாவம் செய்தேன்; கர்த்தர் நீதியுள்ளவர்; நானும் என் ஜனமும் துன்மார்க்கர். And Pharaoh sent, and called for Moses and Aaron, and said unto them, I have sinned this time: the LORD is righteous, and I and my people are wicked.

28 இதுபோதும்; இந்த மகா இடிமுழக்கங்களும் கல்மழையும் ஒழியும்படிக்கு, கர்த்தரை நோக்கி விண்ணப்பம் பண்ணுங்கள்; நான் உங்களை போகவிடுவேன், இனி உங்களுக்குத் தடை இல்லை என்றான். Entreat the LORD (for it is enough) that there be no more mighty thunderings and hail; and I will let you go, and ye shall stay no longer.

29 மோசே அவனை நோக்கி: நான் பட்டணத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்டவுடனே, என் கைகளைக் கர்த்தருக்கு நேராக விரிப்பேன்; அப்பொழுது இடிமுழக்கங்கள் ஓய்ந்து கல்மழை நின்றுபோம்: அதினால் பூமி கர்த்தருடையது என்பதை நீர் அறிவீர். And Moses said unto him, As soon as I am gone out of the city, I will spread abroad my hands unto the LORD; and the thunder shall cease, neither shall there be any more hail; that thou mayest know how that the earth is the LORD's.

30 ஆகிலும் நீரும் உம்முடைய ஊழியக்காரரும் இன்னும் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்குப் பயப்படமாட்டீர்கள் என்பதை அறிவேன் என்றான். But as for thee and thy servants, I know that ye will not yet fear the LORD God.

31 அப்பொழுது வாற்கோதுமை கதிர்ப்பயிரும் சணல் தாள்ப்பயிருமாயிருந்தது; அதினால் சணலும் வாற்கோதுமையும் அழிக்கப்பட்டுப்போயிற்று. And the flax and the barley was smitten: for the barley was in the ear, and the flax was bolled.

32 கோதுமையும் கம்பும் கதிர்விடாதிருந்ததால், அவைகள் அழிக்கப்படவில்லை. But the wheat and the rye were not smitten: for they were not grown up.

33 மோசே பார்வோனை விட்டுப் பட்டணத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்டு, தன் கைகளைக் கர்த்தருக்கு நேராக விரித்தான்; அப்பொழுது இடிமுழக்கமும் கல்மழையும் நின்றது; மழையும் பூமியில் பெய்யாமலிருந்தது. And Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh, and spread abroad his hands unto the LORD: and the thunders and hail ceased, and the rain was not poured upon the earth.

34 மழையும் கல்மழையும் இடிமுழக்கமும் நின்றுபோனதைப் பார்வோன் கண்டபோது, அவனும் அவன் ஊழியக்காரரும் பின்னும் பாவம் செய்து, தங்கள் இருதயத்தைக் கடினப்படுத்தினார்கள். And when Pharaoh saw that the rain and the hail and the thunders were ceased, he sinned yet more, and hardened his heart, he and his servants.

35 கர்த்தர் மோசேயைக் கொண்டு சொல்லியிருந்தபடியே, பார்வோனின் இருதயம் கடினப்பட்டது; அவன் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரைப் போகவிடவில்லை. And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, neither would he let the children of Israel go; as the LORD had spoken by Moses.

1 Pinpu, Karththar Mosesyai Nnokki: nee paarvonidaththil poy: enakku aaraathanai seyya en janangalaip pokavidu. Then the LORD said unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh, and tell him, Thus saith the LORD God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me.

2 Nee avarkalai vidamaattaேn entu innum niraுththi vaiththaayaakil, For if thou refuse to let them go, and wilt hold them still,

3 Karththarutaiya karam veliyilirukkira un mirukajeevankalaakiya kuthiraikalinmaelum kaluthaikalinmaelum ottakangalinmaelum aadumaadukalin maelum irukkum; makaa kotithaana kollaiNnoy unndaakum. Behold, the hand of the LORD is upon thy cattle which is in the field, upon the horses, upon the asses, upon the camels, upon the oxen, and upon the sheep: there shall be a very grievous murrain.

4 Karththar isravaelarin mirukajeevankalukkum ekipthiyarin mirukajeevankalukkum viththiyaasam pannnuvaar; Israel puththirarukku uriyavaikal ellaavattilum ontum saavathillai entar. And the LORD shall sever between the cattle of Israel and the cattle of Egypt: and there shall nothing die of all that is the children's of Israel.

5 Maelum, naalaikkuk Karththar inthak kaariyaththai thaesaththil seyvaar entu solli, Karththar oru kaalaththaik kuriththaar entum, epireyarutaiya thaevanaakiya Karththar sollukiraar entum avanidaththil sol entar. And the LORD appointed a set time, saying, To morrow the LORD shall do this thing in the land.

6 Maraுnaalil Karththar anthak kaariyaththaich seythaar; ekipthiyarutaiya mirukajeevankal ellaam seththuppoyittaு; Israel puththirarin mirukajeevankalil ontakilum saakavillai. And the LORD did that thing on the morrow, and all the cattle of Egypt died: but of the cattle of the children of Israel died not one.

7 Paarvon visaariththu, isravaelarin mirukajeevankalil ontakilum saakavillai entu arinthaan. Paarvonutaiya iruthayamo katinappattathu; avan janangalaip pokavidavillai. And Pharaoh sent, and, behold, there was not one of the cattle of the Israelites dead. And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, and he did not let the people go.

8 Appoluthu Karththar Mosesyaiyum aaronaiyum Nnokki: ungal kaippiti niraiya soolaiyin saampalai allik kollungal; Moses athaip paarvonutaiya kannkalukkumun vaanaththirku naeraaka iraikkakkadavan. And the LORD said unto Moses and unto Aaron, Take to you handfuls of ashes of the furnace, and let Moses sprinkle it toward the heaven in the sight of Pharaoh.

9 Athu ekipthu thaesam meethengum thoosiyaaki, ekipthu thaesamengum manithar maelum miruka jeevankal maelum eripanthamaana koppulangalai elumpap pannnum entar. And it shall become small dust in all the land of Egypt, and shall be a boil breaking forth with blains upon man, and upon beast, throughout all the land of Egypt.

10 Appatiyae avarkal soolaiyin saampalai allikkonndu, paarvonukku munpaaka vanthu nintarkal. Moses athai vaanaththukku naeraaka iraiththaan; appoluthu manithar maelum miruka jeevankal maelum eripanthamaana koppulangal elumpittaு. And they took ashes of the furnace, and stood before Pharaoh; and Moses sprinkled it up toward heaven; and it became a boil breaking forth with blains upon man, and upon beast.

11 Anthak koppulangal manthiravaathikal maelum ekipthiyar ellaar maelum unndaanathinaal, anthak koppulangal nimiththam manthiravaathikalum Moseskku munpaaka nirkak koodaathirunthathu. And the magicians could not stand before Moses because of the boils; for the boil was upon the magicians, and upon all the Egyptians.

12 Aanaalum, Karththar Mosesyotae solliyirunthapatiyae, Karththar paarvonin iruthayaththaik katinappaduththinaar; avan avarkalukkuch sevikodukkavillai. And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had spoken unto Moses.

13 Appoluthu Karththar Mosesyai Nnokki: nee athikaalamae elunthirunthu poy, paarvonukku munpaaka nintu; enakku aaraathanai seyya en janangalai anuppividu. And the LORD said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me.

14 Vidaathirunthaal, poomiyengum ennaip pola vaeroruvarum illai enpathai nee ariyumpatikku, inthamurai naan sakalavitha vaathaikalaiyum un iruthayaththilum, un ooliyakkaarar maelum un janangal maelum anuppuvaen. For I will at this time send all my plagues upon thine heart, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people; that thou mayest know that there is none like me in all the earth.

15 Nee poomiyil iraamal naasamaayp pokumpati naan en kaiyai neetti, unnaiyum un janangalaiyum kollai Nnoyinaal vaathippaen. For now I will stretch out my hand, that I may smite thee and thy people with pestilence; and thou shalt be cut off from the earth.

16 Ennutaiya vallamaiyai unnidaththil kaannpikkumpatiyaakavum, en naamam poomiyilengum pirasthaapamaakumpatiyaakavum unnai nilainiraுththinaen. And in very deed for this cause have I raised thee up, for to show in thee my power; and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth.

17 Nee en janangalaip pokavidaamal, innum avarkalukku virothamaay unnai uyarththukiraayaa? As yet exaltest thou thyself against my people, that thou wilt not let them go?

18 Ekipthu thontiya naalmuthal ithuvaraikkum athil peyyaatha mikavum kotiya kalmalaiyai naalai innaeram peyyap pannnuvaen. Behold, to morrow about this time I will cause it to rain a very grievous hail, such as hath not been in Egypt since the foundation thereof even until now.

19 Ippoluthae aal anuppi, un miruka jeevankalaiyum veliyil unakku irukkira yaavaiyum serththukkol; veettilae serkkappadaamal veliyilirukkum ovvoru manithanum mirukamum seththuppokaththakkathaay anthak kalmalai peyyum entu epireyarin thaevanaakiya Karththar sollukiraar entu avanukkuch sol entar Send therefore now, and gather thy cattle, and all that thou hast in the field; for upon every man and beast which shall be found in the field, and shall not be brought home, the hail shall come down upon them, and they shall die.

20 Paarvonutaiya ooliyakkaararil evan karththarutaiya vaarththaikkup payappattano, avan than vaelaikkaararaiyum than mirukajeevankalaiyum veedukalukku otivarap pannnninaan. He that feared the word of the LORD among the servants of Pharaoh made his servants and his cattle flee into the houses:

21 Evan karththarutaiya vaarththaiyai mathiyaamar ponaano, avan than vaelaikkaararaiyum than mirukajeevankalaiyum veliyilae vittuvittan. And he that regarded not the word of the LORD left his servants and his cattle in the field.

22 Appoluthu Karththar Mosesyai Nnokki: ekipthu thaesam engum manithar maelum mirukajeevankal maelum ekipthu thaesaththilirukkira sakalavithamaana payirvakaikal maelum kal malai peyya, un kaiyai vaanaththirku naeraaka neettu entar. And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch forth thine hand toward heaven, that there may be hail in all the land of Egypt, upon man, and upon beast, and upon every herb of the field, throughout the land of Egypt.

23 Appatiyae Moses than kolai vaanaththirku naeraaka neettinaan. Appoluthu Karththar itimulakkangalaiyum kalmalaiyaiyum anuppinaar; akkini tharaiyinmael vaekamaay otittaு, ekipthu thaesaththinmael Karththar kalmalaiyaip peyyappannnninaar. And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and the LORD sent thunder and hail, and the fire ran along upon the ground; and the LORD rained hail upon the land of Egypt.

24 Kalmalaiyum kalmalaiyotae kalantha akkiniyum mikavum kotithaayirunthathu; ekipthu thaesam kutiyaettappatta naalmuthal athil appati orupothum unndaanathillai. So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as there was none like it in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation.

25 Ekipthuthaesam engum manitharaiyum mirukajeevankalaiyum, veliyilae irunthavaikal evaikalo avaikal ellaavattaைyum anthak kalmalai aliththuppottathu; athu veliyin payirvakaikalaiyellaam aliththu, veliyin marangalaiyellaam muriththuppottathu. And the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and beast; and the hail smote every herb of the field, and brake every tree of the field.

26 Israel puththirar iruntha kosen naattilaemaaththiram kalmalai illaathirunthathu. Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, was there no hail.

27 Appoluthu paarvon Mosesyaiyum aaronaiyum alaippiththu; naan intha murai paavam seythaen; Karththar neethiyullavar; naanum en janamum thunmaarkkar. And Pharaoh sent, and called for Moses and Aaron, and said unto them, I have sinned this time: the LORD is righteous, and I and my people are wicked.

28 Ithupothum; intha makaa itimulakkangalum kalmalaiyum oliyumpatikku, karththarai Nnokki vinnnappam pannnungal; naan ungalai pokaviduvaen, ini ungalukkuth thatai illai entan. Entreat the LORD (for it is enough) that there be no more mighty thunderings and hail; and I will let you go, and ye shall stay no longer.

29 Moses avanai Nnokki: naan pattanaththilirunthu purappattavudanae, en kaikalaik karththarukku naeraaka virippaen; appoluthu itimulakkangal oynthu kalmalai nintupom: athinaal poomi karththarutaiyathu enpathai neer ariveer. And Moses said unto him, As soon as I am gone out of the city, I will spread abroad my hands unto the LORD; and the thunder shall cease, neither shall there be any more hail; that thou mayest know how that the earth is the LORD's.

30 Aakilum neerum ummutaiya ooliyakkaararum innum thaevanaakiya karththarukkup payappadamaattirkal enpathai arivaen entan. But as for thee and thy servants, I know that ye will not yet fear the LORD God.

31 Appoluthu vaarkothumai kathirppayirum sanal thaalppayirumaayirunthathu; athinaal sanalum vaarkothumaiyum alikkappattuppoyittaு. And the flax and the barley was smitten: for the barley was in the ear, and the flax was bolled.

32 Kothumaiyum kampum kathirvidaathirunthathaal, avaikal alikkappadavillai. But the wheat and the rye were not smitten: for they were not grown up.

33 Moses paarvonai vittup pattanaththilirunthu purappattu, than kaikalaik karththarukku naeraaka viriththaan; appoluthu itimulakkamum kalmalaiyum nintathu; malaiyum poomiyil peyyaamalirunthathu. And Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh, and spread abroad his hands unto the LORD: and the thunders and hail ceased, and the rain was not poured upon the earth.

34 Malaiyum kalmalaiyum itimulakkamum nintuponathaip paarvon kanndapothu, avanum avan ooliyakkaararum pinnum paavam seythu, thangal iruthayaththaik katinappaduththinaarkal. And when Pharaoh saw that the rain and the hail and the thunders were ceased, he sinned yet more, and hardened his heart, he and his servants.

35 Karththar Mosesyaik konndu solliyirunthapatiyae, paarvonin iruthayam katinappattathu; avan Israel puththiraraip pokavidavillai. And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, neither would he let the children of Israel go; as the LORD had spoken by Moses.
