that	אֲשֶׁר	ʾăšer	uh-SHER
	ל֛וֹ
hath statutes	חֻקִּ֥ים	ḥōq	hoke
and judgments	וּמִשְׁפָּטִ֖ים	mišpāṭ	meesh-PAHT
righteous	צַדִּיקִ֑ם	ṣaddîq	tsa-DEEK
as all	כְּכֹל֙	kōl	kole

யாக்கோபுக்குத் தம்முடைய வசனங்களையும், இஸ்ரவேலுக்குத் தமது பிரமாணங்களையும் தமது நியாயங்களையும் அறிவிக்கிறார்.

கர்த்தருடைய வேதம் குறைவற்றதும் ஆத்துமாவை உயிர்ப்பிக்கிறதுமாயிருக்கிறது; கர்த்தருடைய சாட்சி சத்தியமும், பேதையை ஞானியாக்குகிறதுமாயிருக்கிறது.
