ஏனெனில் ஒரு மிருகமாகிலும் மலையைத் தொட்டால், அது கல்லெறியுண்டு, அல்லது அம்பினால் எய்யுண்டு சாகவேண்டுமென்று சொல்லப்பட்ட கட்டளையைச் சகிக்கமாட்டாதிருந்தார்கள்.

ஏனெனில், ⁽“இம்மலையைக் கால்நடை␢ தொட்டால்கூட அதைக் கல்லால்␢ எறிந்து கொல்ல வேண்டும்”⁾ என்று அக்குரல் கொடுத்த கட்டளையை அவர்களால் தாங்கிக் கொள்ள முடியவில்லை.

ஜனங்களுக்குச் சுற்றிலும் நீ ஒரு எல்லை குறித்து, அவர்கள் மலையில் ஏறாதபடிக்கும், அதின் அடிவாரத்தைத் தொடாதபடிக்கும் எச்சரிக்கையாய் இருங்கள் என்று அவர்களுக்குச் சொல்; மலையைத் தொடுகிறவன் எவனும் நிச்சயமாகவே கொல்லப்படுவான்.
