சுற்றுப் பிராகாரத்தின் தூண்களெல்லாம் வெள்ளியினால் பூண் கட்டப்பட்டிருக்கவேண்டும்; அவைகளின் கொக்கிகள் வெள்ளியினாலும் அவைகளின் பாதங்கள் வெண்கலத்தினாலும் செய்யப்பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும்.
