பிரசங்கி 7:27
காரியத்தை அறியும்படி ஒவ்வொன்றாய் விசாரணைபண்ணி, இதோ, இதைக் கண்டுபிடித்தேன் என்று பிரசங்கி சொல்லுகிறான்.

அப்படியே கர்த்தர் இஸ்ரவேல் வம்சத்தாருக்கு முன்பாக அழித்த மக்களைவிட, யூதாவும் எருசலேமின் மக்களும் பொல்லாப்புச் செய்யதக்கதாக, மனாசே அவர்களை வழிவிலகிப் போகச்செய்தான்.

யூதா ஜனங்களையும், எருசலேமில் வாழ்ந்த ஜனங்களையும் மனாசே தவறு செய்ய ஊக்குவித்தான். இஸ்ரவேலர்களுக்கு முன்னதாக அந்த நிலத்தில் வாழ்ந்து கர்த்தரால் அழிக்கப்பட்ட தேசத்தவர்களைவிட அவர்கள் மோசமானவர்களாக இருந்தார்கள். பாவங்களைச் செய்தனர்.
