தகன பலிபீடத்தையும், அதின் பணிமுட்டுகள் எல்லாவற்றையும், தொட்டியையும், அதின் பாதத்தையும் அபிஷேகம் பண்ணி,

இப்படியே இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களின் சுதந்தரம் ஒரு கோத்திரத்தைவிட்டு, வேறு கோத்திரத்திற்குப் போகாமல் இருக்கும்; இஸ்ரவேல் மக்கள் அவரவர் தங்கள்தங்கள் முன்னோர்களுடைய கோத்திரத்தின் சுதந்தரத்திலே நிலைகொண்டிருக்கவேண்டும்.

இதனால் இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்களின் ஒரு கோத்திரத்தில் உள்ள சொத்தானது இன்னொரு கோத்திரத்திற்குச் செல்லாமல் இருக்கும். எனவே ஒவ்வொரு இஸ்ரவேலனும் தன் முற்பிதாக்களுக்குரிய நிலங்களைப் பாதுகாத்துக்கொள்வான்.
