அவர் வாயினின்று பிறந்த வேதப்பிரமாணத்தை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு, அவர் வார்த்தைகளை உம்முடைய இருதயத்தில் வைத்துக்கொள்ளவேண்டுகிறேன்.

பின்பு அவர் என்னை நோக்கி: மனுபுத்திரனே, நீ காண்கிறதைப் புசி; இந்தச் சுருளை நீ புசித்து, இஸ்ரவேல் சந்ததியாரிடத்தில் போய் அவர்களோடே பேசு என்றார்.

நான் உமக்கு விரோதமாய்ப் பாவஞ்செய்யாதபடிக்கு, உமது வாக்கை என்னிருதயத்தில் வைத்து வைத்தேன்.

வெள்ளியைப்பார்க்கிலும் என் புத்திமதியையும், பசும்பொன்னைப் பார்க்கிலும் ஞானத்தையும் அங்கீகரித்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள்.

உன் அந்தியகாலத்தில் நீ ஞானமுள்ளவனாயிருக்கும்படி, ஆலோசனையைக்கேட்டு, புத்திமதியை ஏற்றுக்கொள்.

மனுபுத்திரனே, நீ அந்தக் கலகவீட்டாரைப்போலக் கலகக்காரனாயிராமல், நான் உன்னோடே சொல்லுகிறதைக் கேள்; உன் வாயைத் திறந்து நான் உனக்குக் கொடுக்கிறதைப் புசி என்றார்.
