ஆனால் வீட்டுக்குச் சொந்தக்காரன் அதனைத் திரும்ப வாங்கிக்கொள்ள முடியாவிட்டால் அது வாங்கியவனுக்கும் அவனது சந்ததிகளுக்கும் உரிமையாகிவிடும். வீடு யூபிலி ஆண்டில் நிலத்தைப் போன்று அதன் சொந்தக்காரனுக்குப் போய்ச் சேர்வதில்லை.
