அங்கே ஆசாரியாகிய சாதோக்கும் தீர்க்கதரிசியாகிய நாத்தானும் அவனை இஸ்ரவேலின் மேல் ராஜாவாக அபிஷேகம் பண்ணக்கடவர்கள்; பின்பு எக்காள்ம் ஊதி, ராஜாவாகிய சாலொமோன் வாழ்க என்று வாழ்த்துங்கள்.

அப்சலோம் இஸ்ரவேல் கோத்திரங்களுக்கெல்லாம் வேவுகாரரை அனுப்பி, நீங்கள் எக்காளத்தொனியைக் கேட்கும்போது, அப்சலோம் எப்ரோனிலே ராஜாவானான் என்று சொல்லுங்கள் என்று சொல்லச்சொல்லி வைத்திருந்தான்.

ஆசாரியனாகிய சாதோக்கு தைலக்கொம்பைக் கூடாரத்திலிருந்து எடுத்துக் கொண்டுபோய், சாலொமோனை அபிஷேகம்பண்ணினான்; அப்பொழுது எக்காளம் ஊதி, ஜனங்களெல்லாரும் ராஜாவாகிய சாலொமோன் வாழ்க என்று வாழ்த்தினார்கள்.

கழுதையையும் குட்டியையும் கொண்டுவந்து, அவைகள் மேல் தங்கள் வஸ்திரங்களைப் போட்டு, அவரை ஏற்றினார்கள்.

அவர்கள் அந்தக் குட்டியை இயேசுவினிடத்தில் கொண்டுவந்து, அதின் மேல் தங்கள் வஸ்திரங்களைப் போட்டார்கள்; அவர் அதின்மேல் ஏறிப்போனார்.

தேவன் ஆர்ப்பரிப்போடும், கர்த்தர் எக்காள சத்தத்தோடும் உயர எழுந்தருளினார்.

கர்த்தராகிய ராஜாவின் சமுகத்தில் பூரிகைகளாலும் எக்காள சத்தத்தாலும் ஆனந்தமாய் ஆர்ப்பரியுங்கள்.
