தொண்ணூற்றாறு மாதளம்பழங்கள் நான்கு திசைகளுக்கும் எதிராகச் செய்திருந்தது; குமிழைச் சுற்றிலும் செய்திருந்த மாதளம்பழங்கள் நூறு.
