ஆகையால் நான் என் வாயை அடக்காமல் என் ஆவியின் வேதனையினால் பேசி என் ஆத்துமத்தின் கசப்பினால் அங்கலாய்ப்பேன்.

இணை வசனம்

மகா சபையிலே நீதியைப் பிரசங்கித்தேன்; என் உதடுகளை மூடேன், கர்த்தாவே, நீர் அதை அறிவீர்.

அவள் போய், மனங்கசந்து, மிகவும் அழுது, கர்த்தரை நோக்கி விண்ணப்பம்பண்ணி:

என் ஆத்துமா ஜீவனை அரோசிக்கிறது, நான் என் துயரத்துக்கு எனக்குள்ளே இடங்கொடுத்து, என் மனச்சஞ்சலத்தினாலே பேசுவேன்.

வேறொருவன் ஒரு நாளாவது சந்தோஷத்தோடே சாப்பிடாமல் மனக்கிலேசத்தோடே சாகிறான்.

நான் என்ன சொல்லுவேன்? அவர் எனக்கு வாக்கு அருளினார்; அந்தப்பிரகாரமே செய்தார்; என் ஆயுசின் வருஷங்களிலெல்லாம் என் ஆத்துமாவின் கசப்பை நினைத்து நடந்துகொள்வேன்.

நம்முடைய சகோதரனுக்கு நாம் செய்த துரோகம் நம்மேல் சுமந்தது; அவன் நம்மைக் கெஞ்சி வேண்டிக்கொண்டபோது, அவனுடைய மன வியாகுலத்தை நாம் கண்டும், அவனுக்குச் செவிகொடாமற்போனோமே; ஆகையால் இந்த ஆபத்து நமக்கு நேரிட்டது என்று ஒருவரை ஒருவர் பார்த்துச் சொல்லிக்கொண்டார்கள்.

பர்வதத்திலிருக்கிற தேவனுடைய மனுஷனிடத்தில் வந்து, அவன் காலைப் பிடித்துக்கொண்டாள்; அப்பொழுது கேயாசி அவளை விலக்கிவிட வந்தான்; தேவனுடைய மனுஷன்: அவளைத் தடுக்காதே; அவள் ஆத்துமா துக்கமாயிருக்கிறது; கர்த்தர் அதை எனக்கு அறிவியாமல் மறைத்து வைத்தார் என்றான்.

கடிந்துகொள்ள நீங்கள் வார்த்தைகளை யோசித்து, நம்பிக்கையற்றவனுடைய வார்த்தைகளைக் காற்றிலே விட்டுவிடுகிறீர்கள்.

நான் துன்மார்க்கனாயிருந்தால் எனக்கு ஐயோ! நான் நீதிமானாயிருந்தாலும் என் தலையை நான் எடுக்கமாட்டேன்; அவமானத்தால் நிரப்பப்பட்டேன்; நீர் என் சிறுமையைப் பார்த்தருளும், அது அதிகரிக்கிறது.

நீங்கள் மவுனமாயிருங்கள், நான் பேசுகிறேன் எனக்கு வருகிறது வரட்டும்.

நான் பேசினாலும் என் துக்கம் மாறாது; நான் பேசாமலிருந்தாலும் எனக்கு என்ன ஆறுதல்?

இதோ, சமாதானத்துக்குப் பதிலாக மகா கசப்பு வந்திருந்தது, தேவரீரோ என் ஆத்துமாவை நேசித்து அழிவின் குழிக்கு விலக்கினீர்; என் பாவங்களையெல்லாம் உமது முதுகுக்குப் பின்னாக எறிந்துவிட்டீர்.

பேதுருவையும், செபதேயுவின் குமாரர் இருவரையும் கூட்டிக்கொண்டுபோய், துக்கமடையவும், வியாகுலப்படவும் தொடங்கினார்.

அவர் மிகவும் வியாகுலப்பட்டு, அதிக ஊக்கத்தோடே ஜெபம்பண்ணினார். அவருடைய வேர்வை இரத்தத்தின் பெருந்துளிகளாய்த் தரையிலே விழுந்தது.
