யோசுவா 24:18
தேசத்திலே குடியிருந்த எமோரியர் முதலான சகல ஜனங்களையும் கர்த்தர் நமக்கு முன்பாகத் துரத்தினாரே; ஆகையால் நாங்களும் கர்த்தரைச் சேவிப்போம், அவரே நம்முடைய தேவன் என்றார்கள்.

தேசத்திலே குடியிருந்த எமோரியர்கள் முதலான எல்லா மக்களையும் கர்த்தர் நமக்கு முன்பாகத் துரத்தினாரே; ஆகவே நாங்களும் கர்த்தரைத் தொழுதுகொள்ளுவோம், அவரே நம்முடைய தேவன் என்றார்கள்.
