பொய்யாணையிட்டுச் சம்பாதித்த பொருளையும் திரும்பக்கொடுக்கக் கடவன்; அந்த முதலைக்கொடுக்கிறதும் அல்லாமல், அதினோடு ஐந்தில் ஒரு பங்கு அதிகமாகவும் கூட்டி, அதைத் தான் குற்றநிவாரணபலியை இடும் நாளில், அதற்குரியவனுக்குக் கொடுத்துவிட்டு,

அல்லது சத்தியம் செய்துவிட்டு அதை நிறை வேற்றாமல் இருந்தாலும் சரிசெய்துகொள்ள வேண்டும். அவன் அதற்குரிய முழுமையான விலையைக் கொடுக்க வேண்டும். அதோடு அவற்றில் மதிப்பில் ஐந்தில் ஒரு பாகத்தை அதிகமாகக் கொடுக்க வேண்டும். அத்தொகையை அதன் உண்மையான சொந்தக்காரனுக்குக் கொடுக்க வேண்டும். அவன் இவற்றையெல்லாம் கொண்டுவந்து தரும் நாளிலேயே குற்ற நிவாரண பலியைச் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.

பொய் ஆணையிட்டுப் பெற்றுக்கொண்டதையோ — இவை அனைத்தையும் திருப்பிக் கொடுக்க வேண்டும். அந்த முதலை முழுமையாகக் கொடுப்பதோடு, அதன் ஐந்தில் ஒருபங்கைசச் சேர்த்துக் குற்றப்பழி நீக்கும் பலிநாளில் உரியவருக்குக் கொடுக்க வேண்டும்.
