ஆரோனையும் அவன் குமாரரையுமோ, தங்கள் ஆசாரிய ஊழியத்தைச் செய்வதற்காக நியமிக்கக்கடவாய், அந்த ஊழியத்தைச் செய்யும்படி சேருகிற அந்நியன் கொலைசெய்யப்படக்கடவன் என்றார்.

ஆகையால் நீயும் உன்னோடேகூட உன் குமாரரும் பலிபீடத்துக்கும் திரைக்கு உட்புறத்துக்கும் அடுத்த எல்லாவற்றையும் செய்யும்பொருட்டு, உங்கள் ஆசாரிய ஊழியத்தைக் காத்துச் சேவிக்கக்கடவீர்கள்; உங்கள் ஆசாரிய ஊழியத்தை உங்களுக்கு தத்தமாக அருளினேன்; அதைச்செய்யும்படி சேருகிற அந்நியன் கொலைசெய்யப்படக்கடவன் என்றார்.

அகந்தையினால்மாத்திரம் வாது பிறக்கும்; ஆலோசனையைக் கேட்கிறவர்களிடத்திலோ ஞானம் உண்டு.

அவர் அவளை நோக்கி: உனக்கு என்ன வேண்டும் என்று கேட்டார். அதற்கு அவள்: உம்முடைய ராஜ்யத்திலே என் குமாரராகிய இவ்விரண்டுபேரில் ஒருவன் உமது வலது பாரிசத்திலும், ஒருவன் உமது இடதுபாரிசத்திலும் உட்கார்ந்திருக்கும்படி அருள் செய்யவேண்டும் என்றாள்.

அன்றியும் தங்களில் எவன் பெரியவனாயிருப்பான் என்று அவர்களுக்குள்ளே வாக்குவாதம் உண்டாயிற்று.

சகோதர சிநேகத்திலே ஒருவர்மேலொருவர் பட்சமாயிருங்கள்; கனம்பண்ணுகிறதிலே ஒருவருக்கொருவர் முந்திக்கொள்ளுங்கள்.

ஒன்றையும் வாதினாலாவது வீண்பெருமையினாலாவது செய்யாமல், மனத்தாழ்மையினாலே ஒருவரையொருவர் தங்களிலும் மேன்மையானவர்களாக எண்ணக்கடவீர்கள்.

நான் சபைக்கு எழுதினேன்; ஆனாலும் அவர்களில் மேன்மையாயிருக்க விரும்புகிற தியோத்திரேப்பு என்பவன் எங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளவில்லை.
