ஓப்பீரிலிருந்து பொன்னைக் கொண்டுவருகிற ஈராமின் கப்பல்களும், ஓப்பீரிலிருந்து மிகுந்த வாசனைமரங்களையும் இரத்தினங்களையும் கொண்டுவந்தது.

மேற்கூடையிலே பார்வோனுக்காக சமைக்கப்பட்ட அனைத்துவித பலகாரங்களிலும் கொஞ்சம் கொஞ்சம் இருந்தது; என் தலையின் மேற்கூடையில் இருந்தவைகளைப் பறவைகள் வந்து சாப்பிட்டுவிட்டது என்றான்.
