தாவீது அபிசாயைப் பார்த்து: அவரைக் கொல்லாதே; கர்த்தர் அபிஷேகம் பண்ணுவித்தவர்மேல் தன் கையைப் போட்டு, குற்றமில்லாமற்போகிறவன் யார்? என்று சொன்னான்.

நான் அவளை ஆசீர்வதித்து, அவளாலே உனக்கு ஒரு மகனையும் தருவேன்; அவள் தேசங்களுக்குத் தாயாகவும், அவளாலே தேசங்களின் ராஜாக்கள் உண்டாகவும், அவளை ஆசீர்வதிப்பேன் என்றார்.

அவளை நான் ஆசீர்வதிக்கிறேன். அவள் உனக்கு ஒரு மகனைப் பெற்றுத்தரும்படி செய்வேன். நீயே அவன் தந்தை. சாராள் பல நாடுகளுக்குத் தாயாக இருப்பாள். அவளிடமிருந்து பல அரசர்கள் வருவார்கள்” என்றார்.
