ரெபெக்காளை அழைத்து: நீ இந்த மனிதனோடேகூடப் போகிறாயா என்று கேட்டார்கள். அவள்: போகிறேன் என்றாள்.

பின்பு தாவீது உரியாவை நோக்கி: நீ உன்னுடைய வீட்டிற்குப் போய், கால்களை கழுவு என்றான்; உரியா ராஜாவின் அரண்மனையிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டபோது, ராஜாவிடமிருந்து ராஜ உணவு அவன் பின்னாலே அனுப்பப்பட்டது.

பின்பு தாவீது உரியாவை நோக்கி, “நீ வீட்டிற்குப் போய் ஓய்வெடுத்துக்கொள்” என்றான். அரசனின் அரண்மனையிலிருந்து உரியா புறப்பட்டான். அரசனும் அவனுக்கு பரிசுக் கொடுத்து அனுப்பினான்.
