தேவனே, உமக்குக் காத்திருக்கிறவர்களுக்கு நீர் செய்பவைகளை, நீரேயல்லாமல் உலகத்தோற்றம்முதற்கொண்டு ஒருவரும் கேட்டதுமில்லை செவியால் உணர்ந்ததுமில்லை, அவைகளைக் கண்டதுமில்லை.

உமது ஜனங்கள் என்றென்றும் உம்மை உண்மையில் கவனிக்கவில்லை. உமது ஜனங்கள் நீர் சொன்னதையெல்லாம் என்றென்றும் கேட்கவில்லை. உம்மைப்போன்ற தேவனை எவரும் காணவில்லை. வேறு தேவன் இல்லை, நீர் மட்டுமே. ஜனங்கள் பொறுமையாய் இருந்தால், நீர் அவர்களுக்கு உதவும்படி காத்திருந்தால், பிறகு நீர் அவர்களுக்காகப் பெருஞ் செயலைச் செய்வீர்.
