அவைகளை எருசலேமுக்குச் சிதேக்கியா ராஜாவினிடத்தில் வரும் ஸ்தானாபதிகள் கையிலே ஏதோமின் ராஜாவுக்கும் மோவாபின் ராஜாவுக்கும், அம்மோன் புத்திரரின் ராஜாவுக்கும், தீருவின் ராஜாவுக்கும், சீதோனின் ராஜாவுக்கும் அனுப்பி,

பிறகு நீ ஏதோம், மோவாப், அம்மோன், தீரு, சீதோன் ஆகிய அரசர்களுக்குச் செய்தியை (அதுபோன்று நுகத்தை) அனுப்பு. எருசலேமுக்கு வந்துள்ள இந்த அரசர்களின் தூதுவர்களிடம் யூதாவின் அரசனான சிதேக்கியாவைப் பார்க்கும்படி செய்திகள் அனுப்பு.
