நீ இனிக் கைவிடப்பட்டவள் என்னப்படாமலும், உன் தேசம் இனிப் பாழான தேசமென்னப்படாமலும், நீ எப்சி என்றும், உன் தேசம் பியூலா என்றும் சொல்லப்படும்; கர்த்தர் உன்மேல் பிரியமாயிருக்கிறார்; உன் தேசம் வாழ்க்கைப்படும்.

‘தேவனால் கைவிடப்பட்ட ஜனங்கள்’ என்று மீண்டும் நீங்கள் அழைக்கப்படமாட்டீர்கள். ‘தேவன் அழித்த நாடு’ என்று உனது நாடு மீண்டும் அழைக்கப்படாது. ‘தேவன் நேசிக்கும் ஜனங்கள்’ என்று நீங்கள் அழைக்கப்படுவீர்கள். ‘தேவனுடைய மணமகள்’ என்று உனது நாடு அழைக்கப்படும். ஏனென்றால், கர்த்தர் உன்னை நேசிக்கிறார். உனது நாடு அவருக்கு உரியதாகும்.
