அவனோடிருக்கிறது மாம்சபுயம், நமக்குத் துணைநின்று நம்முடைய யுத்தங்களை நடத்த நம்மோடிருக்கிறவர் நம்முடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர்தானே என்று சொல்லி, அவர்களைத் தேற்றினான்; யூதாவின் ராஜாவாகிய எசேக்கியா சொன்ன இந்த வார்த்தைகளின்மேல் ஜனங்கள் நம்பிக்கை வைத்தார்கள்.

அவனோடு இருக்கிறது மாம்ச புயம், நமக்குத் துணைநின்று நம்முடைய போர்களை நடத்த நம்மோடு இருக்கிறவர் நம்முடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர்தானே என்று சொல்லி, அவர்களைத் தேற்றினான்; யூதாவின் ராஜாவாகிய எசேக்கியா சொன்ன இந்த வார்த்தைகளின்மேல் மக்கள் நம்பிக்கை வைத்தார்கள்.

அசீரியா அரசனிடம் மனிதர்கள் மட்டுமே உள்ளனர். ஆனால் நம்மிடமோ நமது தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் இருக்கிறார்! நமது தேவன் நமக்கு உதவுவார். நமது போர்களில் அவர் சண்டையிடுவார்” என்று பேசினான். இவ்வாறு யூதா அரசனான எசேக்கியா ஜனங்களை உற்சாகப்படுத்தி அவர்களைப் பலமுள்ளவர்களாக உணரச்செய்தான்.
