யோபு 25

1 அப்பொழுது சூகியனான பில்தாத் பிரதியுத்தரமாக:

2 அதிகாரமும் பயங்கரமும் அவரிடத்தில் இருக்கிறது; அவர் தமது உன்னதமான ஸ்தலங்களில் சமாதானத்தை உண்டாக்குகிறார்.

3 அவருடைய சேனைகளுக்குத் தொகையுண்டோ? அவருடைய வெளிச்சம் யார்மேல் உதிக்காமலிருக்கிறது?

4 இப்படியிருக்க, மனுஷன் தேவனுக்கு முன்பாக நீதிமானாயிருப்பது எப்படி? ஸ்திரீயினிடத்தில் பிறந்தவன் சுத்தமாயிருப்பது எப்படி?

5 சந்திரனை அண்ணாந்துபாரும், அதுவும் பிரகாசியாமலிருக்கிறது; நட்சத்திரங்களும் அவர் பார்வைக்குச் சுத்தமானவைகள் அல்ல.

1 Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,

2 Dominion and fear are with him, he maketh peace in his high places.

3 Is there any number of his armies? and upon whom doth not his light arise?

4 How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?

5 Behold even to the moon, and it shineth not; yea, the stars are not pure in his sight.

அவர்களுடைய சிந்தனைகளை அவர் அறிந்து, சூம்பின கையையுடைய மனிதனை நோக்கி: நீ எழுந்து நடுவில் நில் என்றார். அவன் எழுந்து நின்றான்.

அவர்கள் என்ன நினைக்கிறார்கள் என்பதை இயேசு அறிந்திருந்தார். அவர் முடமான கை கொண்ட அம்மனிதனை நோக்கி, “எழுந்து இம்மக்களுக்கு முன்பாக நில்” என்றார். அம்மனிதன் எழுந்து அங்கே நின்றான்.
