ஓசியா 6
1 கர்த்தரிடத்தில் திரும்புவோம் வாருங்கள்; நம்மைப் பீறினார், அவரே நம்மை குணமாக்குவார்; நம்மை அடித்தார், அவரே நம்முடைய காயங்களைக் கட்டுவார்.
2 இரண்டுநாளுக்குப்பின்பு அவர் நம்மை உயிர்ப்பிப்பார்; மூன்றாம் நாளில் நம்மை எழுப்புவார்; அப்பொழுது நாம் அவருடைய சமுகத்தில் பிழைத்திருப்போம்.
3 அப்பொழுது நாம் அறிவடைந்து, கர்த்தரை அறியும்படி தொடர்ந்து போவோம்; அவருடைய புறப்படுதல் அருணோதயம்போல ஆயத்தமாயிருக்கிறது; அவர் மழையைப்போலவும், பூமியின்மேல் பெய்யும் முன்மாரி பின்மாரியைப்போலவும் நம்மிடத்தில் வருவார்.
1 Come, and let us return unto the Lord: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.
2 After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.
3 Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the Lord: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.

3 அவன் போய், திப்லாயிமின் குமாரத்தியாகிய கோமேரைச் சேர்த்துக்கொண்டான்; அவர் கர்ப்பந்தரித்து, அவனுக்கு ஒரு குமாரனைப் பெற்றாள்.
So he went and took Gomer the daughter of Diblaim; which conceived, and bare him a son.
4 அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் அவனை நோக்கி: இவனுக்கு யெஸ்ரயேல் என்னும் பேரிடு; ஏனெனில் இன்னும் கொஞ்சகாலத்திலே நான் ஏகூவின் வம்சத்தாரிடத்திலே யெஸ்ரயேலின் இரத்தப்பழியை விசாரித்து, இஸ்ரவேல் வம்சத்தாரின் ராஜ்யபாரத்தை ஒழியப்பண்ணுவேன்.
And the Lord said unto him, Call his name Jezreel; for yet a little while, and I will avenge the blood of Jezreel upon the house of Jehu, and will cause to cease the kingdom of the house of Israel.
5 அந்நாளில் யெஸ்ரயேலின் பள்ளத்தாக்கிலே இஸ்ரவேலின் வில்லை முறிப்பேன் என்றார்.
And it shall come to pass at that day, that I will break the bow of Israel in the valley of Jezreel.
